We spent over $200 at the Red Lobster and the amount of food served on the Ultimate feast did not add up. We were not pleased at all. Add reply

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- My husband and myself went to Red Lobster for supper and we got watered down soda. The server got us new soda and it was better. The clam chowder was cold and the salads tasted awful. We went there because I have always loved Red Lobster. We ordered the pot pies with shrimp on the side.
I didn't like the pot pie but my husband loved it. I didn't eat it and I didn't complain. Because I had complained so much already. The shrimp was wonderful. My husband was sick all night. I always go to Red Lobster and am so disappointed. We went at 9pm on June 1st on Erie Blvd Syr NY

TOMS RIVER, NEW JERSEY -- Last night I saw a TV ad to go to redlobster.com for free coupons on discounts for your restaurant. I have tried NUMEROUS times and still cannot print any of your coupons. You keep asking me for my pin number, which you jokingly say you sent it to my cell phone, and there is no such number sent to my cell phone. How do you expect people to get any coupons for Red Lobster, without clearer directions.

HOMESTEAD, FLORIDA -- Went to this Red Lobster in Homestead when finish eating paid my bill. When I got home I noticed they over charged me. Called back the following day and spoke with the manager he told me that he was sorry and that for the mistake the meal was on the house and that he will refund my credit card the full amount which was about 70.00 dollars. After waiting about three weeks my credit card was not refunded so when I called him he told me since my card was not refunded that I could go through the restaurant and he will refund my the money. I agreed, when I got there he didn't even show his face to tell me sorry he sent a employee. Second he went back on his words and sent his employee to tell me that he will only refund the over charged item and you think anybody would like to go back to something like that where the manager want even show his face to say sorry. Or go back on his words what type of manager or restaurant are they running where they don't give a $&(@ about their customers being satisfied. I will never step in that place again.1 Replies - Latest reply on 12/10/2012Add reply
INGLEWOOD, CALIFORNIA -- We arrived at the Red Lobster (Inglewood, CA) around 3:00 P.M. We were told that it would be a minute for us to get our table. We waited ten minutes and no one came to us and said anything else. There were empty tables and there was also two couples in front of us. I understand having to wait for a table if the restaurant was crowded but this wait was too long for the restaurant to be half empty.

We ended up going to Lucille's BBQ in Culver City and there were less free tables but we were seated in less than 3 minutes.
We should have been seated instead of told to wait.

First I would like to say my mom is a diabetic. So we ask if they could put some of our order on the side. Apparently we never got I order like if they never sent it back. We waited a whole 1 1/2 waiting on our food. When ask for the manager they act like they didn't want to get the manager so when she finally came to the table she say that she was sorry as if she could care less and tell us that our food was just sitting in the window.
Ok, why didn't she address her workers parently just as I thought she didn't care and sorry wasn't good enough from someone who act like she don't care. Why because am a black customer! I don't want to cause any trouble I just wanted a nite out with my mom.

NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA -- Went to Red Lobster on 7-8-12 about 8:30 pm, ordered a broiled flounder dinner with broccoli and rice pilaf. When the meal arrived I was stunned. I had 4 flounder about 3 inches long on my plate, and not thick as a sheet of paper. I spoke to the manager, she stated that they aren't normally that small and did I want another item. I said no thanks and left out and ate @ home like I should have in the 1st place. 2 Replies - Latest reply on 05/12/2013Add reply
