Worst Waste of Time & False Misrepresentation!

CLEAR LAKE, TEXAS -- Filled out an online application. Received a call next day from someone named ** saying I'm approved for any car under $24,000 with no money down. I said to her repeatedly, "Are you sure I am approved and for no money down because if I need to put some money down just let me know that up front and I will bring what's needed with me!". ** insisted that I was approved for no money down.

Took 4 hours off work only to wait at this car lot full of used/high mileage cars for 3 hours before even being acknowledged by a salesperson. Finally spoke to a shyster (salesman) that proceeded to tell me how much money I needed down and how ** basically just told me all that to get me in there to speak to them.

Never been so pissed in my life. A huge waste of time. Sad part is my mother in law just passed away a few weeks prior so I had a checking account with over $22,000 in it from insurance proceeds so all ** and all these other people had to do was tell me the truth and we could have worked a deal with no problems. But I absolutely HATE a liar. So had to take my business to elsewhere.

WEBSTER, TEXAS -- I was told I had some options and that they thought they could get me approved. Then, they told me no, and I checked my credit report and the 5 inquiries they made dropped my score from a 631 to a 601. This is a terrible company and they destroyed my credit. Now no one will approve me.
