I purchased a case (5 of the 10lb bags) of chicken leg quarters. The package states “leg quarters” and that “an extra leg or thigh may be used to make up the weight”. There were a minimum of three full backs in each bag not attached to the quarters and several pieces were both legs, thighs and the full back, unseparated. Walmart refunded my money, the company has yet to respond.
SPRINGDALE, ARKANSAS -- I see a lot of negative reviews for this product but in my experiences with it, I'm confident it is just as good or better than top brand name products. All bacon is mostly fat, so expect it to be just that, regardless of brand. This bacon has good smoked flavor, cooks down no less than top name big money brands and is a full pound, not the tricky 12 ounces of most big brands.
SPRINDALE, ARKANSAS -- I have enjoyed this product for several months. My question is "Why don't you put your name on the package?" Aren't you proud of your product? Is Tyson embarrassed by this product? I purchase this item at Dillons/Kroger stores. A little more fat that the "big name" brands so I have to trim the pieces. Flavor and color is good.
SPRINGDALE, ARKANSAS -- I purchase at least 10 of the ten pound bags of chicken each month and the quality and taste is similar to Tyson chicken legs and thighs. Sometimes there is feather stubs or a few bone pieces but that cleans up quite easily. Considering the price that I pay is way below the individual packaged prices, I am not going to whine or cry about that. Thanks.
SPRINGDALE, ALASKA -- I bought a package of your Ole Carolina Hickory Smoked Sliced Bacon and 3/4 of the package was nothing but white fat! How can you even put this product out for sale to consumers when it's garbage? I demand a full refund. I bought it from PriceRite in Cromwell, CT this past Friday, Sept 23, 2016.
