Extremely Rude Owner, Will Never Do Business With Them Again

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- Logged in to order RAW Fit. On their "coupon" page they list a RAW Fit discount of 30%. Here is the exact copy from that page: "30% off Garden of Life products* Coupon Code: RAW Go to Garden of Life Page *Coupon is for RAW products, Minami, and select other items. Includes RAW Fit, RAW Protein, and RAW Meal"

When I went to check out, the online checkout told me the coupon didn't apply to any product in my cart, so I called to see what the problem was. The phone was answered incoherently by a young woman who proceeded to talk over me when I tried to explain my situation. ZERO phone presence. She would not be answering a phone in my business.

She handed me off to a man who obviously did not have time to be bothered with a phone call who also talked over me when I tried to explain what was going on. I had to ask him to repeat himself he was talking so fast & over what I was saying. That pissed him off & he told me that the coupon didn't apply to what I was ordering. I read him the copy off the coupon page & he accused ME of being rude & HUNG UP ON ME.

I called back to talk to management & he answered the phone. I asked him if he was a manager & he told me he was the OWNER & to never call back. I went to tell him that was rich coming from someone who was downright ugly to someone politely asking a legitimate question & this OWNER HUNG UP on me again. Wow. Just wow.

I will NEVER grace their site with my presence or my money ever again & will let everyone know just how ugly this guy who supposedly owns the company is. Apparently his customers, you know, the people who buy his product & keep him in business mean NOTHING to him. The only reason this company gets 1 star is because this site doesn't allow a zero, or better yet, negative star rating.

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- The Worst Customer Service! Rude! Rude! Rude! I will never order from this site again! Poor communication skills or I should say NO communication skills. I've got part of my order with some items noted "back order" no ETA given. Another item I got was not organic, yet I was charged higher price for an organic item, so I called inquiring about them. The guy was short and said he will check the status and call me back.

10 hours later, no call so I made another phone call. Got the same guy, he said they can't get it. I started explaining that I've placed my order mainly for that item. He immediately got an attitude and just hung up on me?!?!?! Unbelievable! Still no answer on the wrong items sent. I should have checked their ratings before placing my order. Now I understand why they only have 1 out of 5 stars. Save yourself the same frustration and order from another website.

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- ORDERED A PRODUCT ON FEB 3. THREE WEEKS LATER, NO PRODUCT. CALLED VITAGLO & WAS TOLD I'LL GET A CALLBACK. NO ONE CALLED BACK. CALLED THEM BACK IN A WEEK. WAS TOLD MY ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK. IF I HAD NOT OF CALLED THEM, I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN THAT MY ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK. WAS TOLD THAT MY DEBIT CARD WOULD BE REFUNDED. I ASKED WILL IT BE REFUNDED TODAY AND THEY SAID YES. CARD WAS NEVER REFUNDED. A WEEK LATER I REPORTED THEM TO THE B.B.B. AND CONSUMER PROTECTION. 2 AND A HALF WEEKS AFTER REPORTING THEM TO THE 2 AGENCY'S, I GOT A FULL REFUND. SO TWO MONTHS AFTER ORDERING AND GETTING NO PRODUCT, I FINALLY GOT A REFUND. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCOUNDRELS AND CROOKS AS I AM SURE IF I HAD NOT OF GOTTEN THE 2 AGENCY'S INVOLVED, THEY WOULD HAVE KEPT MY MONEY AND GIVEN ME NOTHING. MY ADVICE.....DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- I ordered 2 containers of C4 Extreme. (Even the shipping invoice says that) I received regular C4. I called to ask why and Mike said to return it at my expense for a full refund. He then said it was the same product it just changed the look. You cannot change the ingredients though, regular blend is 371 extreme is 831. Huge difference. He almost hung up on me saying they were a small business and never said sorry. I usually read reviews before buying from companies wish I had for this one. This company is the worse. False advertising. Beware!!! I would give zero or negative rating if I could.

Horrible Customer Service, Liars and RUDE!

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- Do not order from this company, first of all. The man who answers the phone is completely rude and unhelpful. He refuses to transfer you to a manager or supervisor and he will not take the blame for any mistake. He lied over and over about when and why my order did not ship. On 12/20/16 I ordered items from P28 bread. I assumed there may be delays in receiving the product due to the holidays, however, on 1/5/17 I finally emailed asking for status update because the web page still said the order was "pending review".

I was told "It will ship tomorrow" and the reason for the delay was the company "wasn't baking bread" over the holidays. Ok, fine. This same conversation happened every time I contact them afterwards for weeks. Now it is 1/26/17, I called again and the extremely rude man says "I'll just refund your money" and hangs up. Just save yourself the frustration and order from a reputable company. I reported them to P28 and I hope they follow up by pulling their awesome product from this disgraceful company. It makes them look bad.

TWO OF WASHINGTON, NEW JERSEY -- Placed an order 14 days ago. No tracking # after that so called customer service. He says "No stock" with very rude attitude. He doesn't want to even listen and hung up the phone call. Now I have to spend more time to claim it to my credit card company.

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- This guy will take your money and not ship products. Don't bother calling him either... he is rude, angry and will hang up on you if you don't like his attitude. He will not resolve the problem and instead you will have to protest the charges on your credit card. His prices are great, but he doesn't stock 90% of what he advertises, so again, BUYER BEWARE... There are complaints all over the internet about this jerk, yet he is still in business somehow...

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- Ordered almost $100 of products on 11/16/16, credit card charged right away but product never shipped. 3 weeks later when I contacted them, very rude, "Guess it's out of stock" response, no email to indicate there was a problem with the order. I hope the credit shows up on my card soon or I will have to file another complaint. Don't deserve to be in business!

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- Guess I should have done some research before buying from Vitaglo. The Better Business Bureau has given this company an F because of so many complaints. I live in the same darn town the company is located, but as I am disabled and they offer free shipping, I decided to have my order shipped. Over 2 weeks, and still no order. They state, "we ship most orders within 24 hours." That is total bologna. They do not reply to emails and are completely rude when speaking with them. I learned my lesson and will not buy from them either online or in their store again.

Won't ship order or answer telephones!

These people have fantastic prices but the more I order from them, the more I have to call them and remind them to ship my order. Now they won't even answer their telephone. They now leave you with an automated voicemail system. Don't bother leaving a message, they will NOT respond. I have called twice and also emailed them after that.

My last call to them was demanding them to cancel my order as the latest trend these days seems to be a coincidentally having my order shipping out the exact day and moment I call to cancel the order (after waiting a week for it to ship). I also asked them to confirm the cancellation so I could purchase these items elsewhere and avoid double ordering.

That is far too much to ask for though. That was 4 days ago and still no response! They will not ship my order nor communicate with me either by phone or email. So I have decided to warn other people of this so they don't have to wait for weeks after placing an order and have their money out there somewhere wondering if it is going to post any day rather than being able to move on and just purchase the items elsewhere. This order was placed 12 days ago and hasn't even shipped yet nor will they give me the time of day in regards to the status of the order!
