SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- Do not order from this company, first of all. The man who answers the phone is completely rude and unhelpful. He refuses to transfer you to a manager or supervisor and he will not take the blame for any mistake. He lied over and over about when and why my order did not ship. On 12/20/16 I ordered items from P28 bread. I assumed there may be delays in receiving the product due to the holidays, however, on 1/5/17 I finally emailed asking for status update because the web page still said the order was "pending review".
I was told "It will ship tomorrow" and the reason for the delay was the company "wasn't baking bread" over the holidays. Ok, fine. This same conversation happened every time I contact them afterwards for weeks. Now it is 1/26/17, I called again and the extremely rude man says "I'll just refund your money" and hangs up. Just save yourself the frustration and order from a reputable company. I reported them to P28 and I hope they follow up by pulling their awesome product from this disgraceful company. It makes them look bad.
SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- Ordered almost $100 of products on 11/16/16, credit card charged right away but product never shipped. 3 weeks later when I contacted them, very rude, "Guess it's out of stock" response, no email to indicate there was a problem with the order. I hope the credit shows up on my card soon or I will have to file another complaint. Don't deserve to be in business!
SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- The Worst Customer Service! Rude! Rude! Rude! I will never order from this site again! Poor communication skills or I should say NO communication skills. I've got part of my order with some items noted "back order" no ETA given. Another item I got was not organic, yet I was charged higher price for an organic item, so I called inquiring about them. The guy was short and said he will check the status and call me back.
10 hours later, no call so I made another phone call. Got the same guy, he said they can't get it. I started explaining that I've placed my order mainly for that item. He immediately got an attitude and just hung up on me?!?!?! Unbelievable! Still no answer on the wrong items sent. I should have checked their ratings before placing my order. Now I understand why they only have 1 out of 5 stars. Save yourself the same frustration and order from another website.
SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- Guess I should have done some research before buying from Vitaglo. The Better Business Bureau has given this company an F because of so many complaints. I live in the same darn town the company is located, but as I am disabled and they offer free shipping, I decided to have my order shipped. Over 2 weeks, and still no order. They state, "we ship most orders within 24 hours." That is total bologna. They do not reply to emails and are completely rude when speaking with them. I learned my lesson and will not buy from them either online or in their store again.
SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- Calling nonstop, especially on business days (Mondays seem to work best), off of a Skype account, is pretty much the only way to guarantee a refund from this unstable thief "Michael **." Aside from contacting the attorney general's office, police, or directly to your credit card company. Routinely charged for products, not in stock and never sends products. Contacting will either get you verbal abuse, hung up on or downright ignored. This man should be put out of business, jailed. Yes his prices are fair but not worth being treated as if it is a privilege to receive the products I've been charged for.
SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- I've been waiting for my order over 2 weeks. Every time I call they say it's in the mail. Today I called and tried to explain the situation. The guy interrupted me said "I don't need a lecture." I said, "It's in the mail, if you don't want it reject it." I was shocked. I said, "Excuse me but you interrupted me." He simply replied, "The stuff is in the mail."
I asked to speak with a supervisor. He hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor again. He said, "I'm the owner you're not going to get very far here." I asked his name. He said "** and I'm the owner" and hung up. I cannot believe that you can treat your customers this way. I purchased about $100 in product which I have not received. Do you have any suggestion on where I can take this matter and how I can get my money back??? I've been searching the Internet there are so many complaints. This company is a scam.
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK -- I ordered Accelerade from this company, which promised arrival of the shipment within 7-10 business days. When the product had not arrived after more than two weeks, I email an inquiry. After more than a week of no response, I contacted the company, and spoke with a representative who offered a different flavor. When I asked why I should deal with a company which failed to ship, and then failed to communicate, the representative hung up the phone. Avoid this company like the plague.
SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- My credit card was charged for merchandise that was never shipped. I contacted by email several times. One email was replied to saying the goods would ship but never did. I called and was treated rudely. I was eventually told the goods would ship but never did. I filed a complaint with the BBB but the company never responded. I'm appalled at their business practices and will never do business with them again.
