SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- The Worst Customer Service! Rude! Rude! Rude! I will never order from this site again! Poor communication skills or I should say NO communication skills. I've got part of my order with some items noted "back order" no ETA given. Another item I got was not organic, yet I was charged higher price for an organic item, so I called inquiring about them. The guy was short and said he will check the status and call me back.
10 hours later, no call so I made another phone call. Got the same guy, he said they can't get it. I started explaining that I've placed my order mainly for that item. He immediately got an attitude and just hung up on me?!?!?! Unbelievable! Still no answer on the wrong items sent. I should have checked their ratings before placing my order. Now I understand why they only have 1 out of 5 stars. Save yourself the same frustration and order from another website.
SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- Calling nonstop, especially on business days (Mondays seem to work best), off of a Skype account, is pretty much the only way to guarantee a refund from this unstable thief "Michael **." Aside from contacting the attorney general's office, police, or directly to your credit card company. Routinely charged for products, not in stock and never sends products. Contacting will either get you verbal abuse, hung up on or downright ignored. This man should be put out of business, jailed. Yes his prices are fair but not worth being treated as if it is a privilege to receive the products I've been charged for.
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK -- I ordered Accelerade from this company, which promised arrival of the shipment within 7-10 business days. When the product had not arrived after more than two weeks, I email an inquiry. After more than a week of no response, I contacted the company, and spoke with a representative who offered a different flavor. When I asked why I should deal with a company which failed to ship, and then failed to communicate, the representative hung up the phone. Avoid this company like the plague.
SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- Guess I should have done some research before buying from Vitaglo. The Better Business Bureau has given this company an F because of so many complaints. I live in the same darn town the company is located, but as I am disabled and they offer free shipping, I decided to have my order shipped. Over 2 weeks, and still no order. They state, "we ship most orders within 24 hours." That is total bologna. They do not reply to emails and are completely rude when speaking with them. I learned my lesson and will not buy from them either online or in their store again.
These people have fantastic prices but the more I order from them, the more I have to call them and remind them to ship my order. Now they won't even answer their telephone. They now leave you with an automated voicemail system. Don't bother leaving a message, they will NOT respond. I have called twice and also emailed them after that.
My last call to them was demanding them to cancel my order as the latest trend these days seems to be a coincidentally having my order shipping out the exact day and moment I call to cancel the order (after waiting a week for it to ship). I also asked them to confirm the cancellation so I could purchase these items elsewhere and avoid double ordering.
That is far too much to ask for though. That was 4 days ago and still no response! They will not ship my order nor communicate with me either by phone or email. So I have decided to warn other people of this so they don't have to wait for weeks after placing an order and have their money out there somewhere wondering if it is going to post any day rather than being able to move on and just purchase the items elsewhere. This order was placed 12 days ago and hasn't even shipped yet nor will they give me the time of day in regards to the status of the order!
SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- I've been waiting for my order over 2 weeks. Every time I call they say it's in the mail. Today I called and tried to explain the situation. The guy interrupted me said "I don't need a lecture." I said, "It's in the mail, if you don't want it reject it." I was shocked. I said, "Excuse me but you interrupted me." He simply replied, "The stuff is in the mail."
I asked to speak with a supervisor. He hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor again. He said, "I'm the owner you're not going to get very far here." I asked his name. He said "** and I'm the owner" and hung up. I cannot believe that you can treat your customers this way. I purchased about $100 in product which I have not received. Do you have any suggestion on where I can take this matter and how I can get my money back??? I've been searching the Internet there are so many complaints. This company is a scam.
SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- My credit card was charged for merchandise that was never shipped. I contacted by email several times. One email was replied to saying the goods would ship but never did. I called and was treated rudely. I was eventually told the goods would ship but never did. I filed a complaint with the BBB but the company never responded. I'm appalled at their business practices and will never do business with them again.
Vitaglo.com can never be trusted... I ordered mega-mass, a protein shake and it never came... I emailed them and they sent me a one liner saying it would ship the next day... It eventually never came... Then they stopped replying to my emails. I started calling them and they said they didn't even have that product... They were waiting on it... I told them to cancel my order eventually after one month... I hope I get my money back on time. Never buy from them!
