KAMLOOPS -- Admittedly if NO star was an option, that is where this rating would lie. This company has failed on every level; customer service, delivery, product and reliability. Though I will commend them on a convincing and attractive website, that is clearly NOT designed by the customers. I (like countless others) have been dealing with this online company for over 4 months, trying to resolve an issue with my daughter's bunk bed. To date, I must say it is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I learned today that it has taken them over SIX weeks to process (not even ship) a replacement part for a bed. I have spent endless hours on the phone, sent countless emails and it has gotten me no further ahead. They have my money, I have no bed. The president's response to my frustration was to ask me what I wanted him to do about it. No apology, no assistance, no customer service… THAT should be their tag line on the website!!

Ships within 3-5 business days is a total lie. After over 6 weeks my purchase had still not left the warehouse. I tried to cancel my order numerous times due to the delay and they shipped it anyhow and then once I told them I would not accept it, they told me I could not have a refund until the purchase was resold. Almost a year later - it has still not sold supposedly and I am still out over $500. Do not purchase anything from this company. Besides poor customer service, they are dishonest. They have even lied to the external review panel looking into my case.

Do Not Buy Anything From Wholesale Furniture Brokers (Gowfb)

KAMLOOPS, BC -- Whatever you do - DO NOT buy anything from the website www.gowfb.ca OR www.gowfb.com. They are a completely fraudulent company. They take months to ship your order and when it finally arrives it's damaged. They refuse to offer a refund.

Well, they will only refund you 30% of what you paid because they charge you 25% shipping fee, then another 25% return shipping (if you refuse the delivery because of the damage) and THEN another 20% restocking fee!! ORRR they offer to send the damaged furniture back to you, so that you accept it in an "as is" condition and then at their discretion they will offer you a small (if anything at all) refund for making the repairs yourself!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS. THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. BEWARE!!! Don't make the same mistake we did. We bought a canopy bed and it has been months - no bed, no refund, no resolution! They are holding our money hostage and won't issue a refund. Instead they keep insisting that they send us the damaged bed back so that we can arrange to make the repairs ourselves.

They pass themselves off as an either American or Canadian company but they are actually from CHINA with furniture coming from Indonesia. It's damaged, poorly made and they offer no refund policy!! Do not buy anything from Wholesale Furniture Warehouse.

Found their website. Good looking furniture and lots of good customer reviews. Ordered a platform bed to see how it went before ordering more. Good thing! After sitting for weeks in terminals in california and british columbia, it was finally delivered - 3 months later. I'd forgotten what it looked like! Anyway, made the delivery guys wait while I checked it. Didn't seem right. There were drawers with it. Accepted the shipment and moved stuff to assemble the bed. I'm 60 and single so lots of work. Guess what? Wrong ** bed!

So, I blast off an email and a gal in shipping got right on an order for the correct bed. Delivered 2 weeks later (much better) but has the wrong legs. I've demanded a refund. They've got my money, but I have 2 beds. We'll see. Wtf do you think about that!? Anyone know if I can hold their stuff till my $$ is returned?

Beware of Wholesale Furniture Brokers Return Policy

I ordered 2 pre-fabricated dressers on 11/7/2010. Upon assembling the first one, we discovered that it was of extremely poor quality. The slide-outs were flimsy and the drawers were made of very thin pressed particle board, so I knew it would just be a matter of time before the bottoms would start falling out. We unassembled it, packed it back up and called WFB to return it. Not realizing they don't accept returns & IF they do, their policy states they charge a ludicrous restocking fee of 20%! (LESSON LEARNED, the hard way: ALWAYS read the return policy & Google customer reviews, such as the one I'm writing now!).

OK, so I had to accept their NO RETURN/NO REFUND, but what I find unacceptable is they DO NOT OFFER A STORE CREDIT, so the monies spent on these two useless dressers has been totally wasted. I compared a couple other return policies of online furniture stores and was extremely satisfied to read CSN Store'€™s policy, as well as IKEAs! It'€™s too bad WFB doesn'€™t take notice of their competitor'€™s customer satisfaction policies resulting in repeat business! Instead, Wholesale Furniture Brokers practices SHADY BUSINESS BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ANY WHICH WAY THEY CAN STICK THEM, only caring about padding their pocket book.

I am also being told that my furniture is "custom" made, which is another reason as to why they won'€™t take the dressers back. That is utter BS, as these dressers are pre-fabricated pieces of particle board that came delivered in flat packed boxes in need of assembly. Custom furniture typically comes in one solid piece, is higher end and comes with a much higher price tag!

KAMLOOPS, BC CANADA -- Purchased a bedroom set for my daughter and her fiance as a wedding gift and my credit card was charged a total of 3,635.00. The 10 day delivery date turned into a month with the mattress coming separately. When the furniture arrived it was broken and damaged. My daughter and I had tried to get replacement pieces for this set for almost 3 months now but, Wholesale Furniture Brokers refused to replace the damaged pieces.

Now all we really want is our money back so that we can go to a responsible furniture company. They have refused to give us our money back in full refund as promised upon the purchase. They are presently trying to charge us a restocking fee which was waived at the beginning of the order in case we did not like the set. I should have done my research more carefully, I would have found out that they are a horrible company. I will never buy online again. It's companies like this one who ruin it for all the good companies out there.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I had a very very very similar experience and Amanda gave me the same speech she wrote in here about "patience and probably". Basically they took 5 weeks to get my furniture to me after they only submitted the order for 5 of the 6 pieces, then lied to me and told me all the pieces were coming - it was merely a "typo" on their shipping document (I have the emails to show this). Then they lost the furniture, then the delivery company that WFB chose couldn't deliver it to me for another week after they got it because "I lived in a remote area"... I live 40 miles east of Chicago, how remote is that??

When the furniture finally arrived the delivery people refused to bring it into my home because "WFB didn't pay for that", yet I paid WFB for this service. I contacted WFB immediately and after getting extremely upset and listening to Amanda tell me that her company is great and I must have just had a bad experience, I hung up on her.

She sent me an email stating my additional $100 paid for inside delivery had been refunded, we will see if that is true or not, considering they have a problem with lying. Needless to say, I want to encourage people to NOT buy from this company EVER!!! Once they received my money the experience became a nightmare. Had I done better research I would have purchased elsewhere.

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- Spoke with online sales woman, she extolled the quality and workmanship of sectional, it was all lies. It was a piece of China made crap! Do not buy anything from this company. Check the refund policy carefully: it states that you are responsible for shipping costs both ways and a 20% re-stocking fee. That equaled 90% of our purchase price. Not worth it. We spent 800 bucks on couch, shipping costs came to 600 plus bucks, 20% was another 130 bucks, so our refund would have been 60 bucks or so...

Unfortunately, I read all negative reviews after I placed my order and became really concerned. But... I had the best experience with Wholesale Furniture Brokers. From initial order email until my order was delivered, I cannot say any bad thing about this company. Between emails and phone calls, I was informed about every step of the process. They are what I believe good American service should be! Honest, helpful, reliable. Thank you!

Tried to Return Sectional Because It Was Chinese Junk

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- Saleswoman told us that sectional was wonderful, that it was the same one she had at her house, etc. When it arrived, it was a junky Chinese piece of junk. Springs poked through, workmanship was horrible. We ended up filing a dispute through credit card company and won. Now we have sectional for free! Anyone want it? What a hunk of junk. DO NOT do business with this company.
