Quest Internet Complaint - Delivers 1/10 of what they advertise
EVERGREEN, COLORADO -- Just had Quest hooked up with an advertised 1.5 MB connection. On a good day/night I'm getting 200 kilobytes. Don't bother calling the office, you're invisible.

Or maybe try signing up with a competitor.
