Google - Unauthorized Charges on My Credit Card

That sounds like you have been scammed by a company using Google's name - youtubegoogle.com is not a Google site, even though it is using the name of two Google-owned companies. Contact your credit card company and dispute the charges - you should be able to recover your money that way.

I don't understand why you can't dispute these charges with your credit card company.

I'm not sure this has anything to do with Google - it sounds like it may be scam using their name.

It's not Google. It's a scam site. Dispute through your credit card company. They should be able to get your money back if it's within 60 days, iirc.
