Pepsi - Impossible to Open

I bought a bottle of Pepsi from the machine at work last week. I was unable to open the bottle. I asked everyone I work with to try and open it an nobody could. I took the bottle home and used pliers, a screwdriver, anything I could think of. It still won't open. The bottle sits in front of me still sealed shut. I want my money back. This is ridiculous.

Wow, that's outrageous. I'm sure if you call Pepsi and tell em what happened they will reimburse you and send u a coupon for a free beverage.
That's what they did when I complained to them bout my drink being expired they sent me 2 coupons one for a free 12 pack of mountain dew plus a free two liter.

That would totally tick me off. I've had the same problem recently with Gatorade. At first, I thought it was just me, and didn't want to ask for help, but when I did, everyone else had just as much trouble trying to open it.
I would do as Wally recommends. Why pay for a product that you cannot use?

Sounds like you needed the right kind of pliers or a cap removal tool - I use a pair of channel-lock pliers for this job. Some of the latest caps are a real pain to remove.
