Hughes net - No proof of 2 year contract
MARYLAND -- I recently called Huhges Net Internet customer service to inquire on my 2 year agreement. I asked for proof and the representative which is not in the United States stated not authorized to provide proof. Stated it was in a secure location. I stated if can not show proof of my signature or paperwork, then can not hold me liable. Said I could read the Terms and Conditions on the Hughes Net website. This was revised 3-2013 & I activated 11-2012. I have since emailed the executive office in which no reply. No Internet Service provider holds one to a 2 year. The representative kept telling me not authorized to send me proof. Awful!
