Silkies Enriche Complaint - Unsolicited Products - Skin Products

Skin Products - Complaint
Review by Grannie2 on 2008-02-15
Today I also received skin products from this company that I did not order. I do not intend to use them nor to spend postage sending them back. Some years ago after receiving many complaints from citizens complaining about getting unsolicited products in the mail demanding payment for such, the Government declared the receiver was not obliged to return nor pay for such products.

If they send a letter demanding payment I will ask them to send me the postage if not I will keep the product for 2 months and if no compliance I will throw the box out.

If it came via USPS all you need to do is mark the unopened package "REFUSED - RETURN TO SENDER". The post office will return it to them. Hopefully, postage due for the return trip.

I agree with chuck. If you keep it they will send you bills and put you into collections. If you mark return to sender, the post office will cover the shipping since you refuse the package. I would also send them a letter certified/return receipt demanding that they stop sending you things.

It is yours to keep for free. From the US Post Office website http://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/fraud/merch.htm

I also recieved the products unsolicited TODAY. I called their number, pressed 3 for returns and stayed on the line until they offered a customer service representative... a long wait. Then I waited 20 more minutes for the rep who said they would promptly cancell the account and send me a a pre-paid shipping label in about 2 weeks. Will let you know.

I also received an unsolicited package from this company. I called the Attorney Generals Office and they gave me the phone number for the state bunco squad and asked me to report them. If we all did that we could shut them down. Everytime I try to e-mail them my letter won't go thru because it always asks for a valid e-mail address. I did call them and was threatened by the man who answered. I may be old but I'm a stubborn Irishman and I refuse to pay for something I didn't order.
