Fox Rental Cars Complaint - Dissatisfied Customer - Fox Rental Cars
This was my first and last experience with Fox Rental Cars. Don't let the cheap prices fool you. The Customer Service was poor to say the least there was only person at the rental booth when I arrived. I waited in line for 1 hr and 30 minutes only to find out that the car that I had reserved and was charged for was not available. The car they rented me was one level below what I was charged. I was to told to talk to the Mgr. when I returned the vehicle. Upon returning my vehicle I was told that I had to go back and wait in line for another 1 hr and 30 minutes just to get my receipt. This was not expressed at the time of renting the vehicle or I would have arrived at the airport early enough to stand in there line and get my receipt. At this point I was totally upset about my experience with Fox Rental Cars. I told them I had a plane to catch and did not have time to wait in there long line again, just to get a receipt. Most car rental places give you a receipt upon returning the car and do not make you go and stand in line again just to get your receipt. I did not get a receipt and I also ate the upgrade charge for a vehicle that I did not receive. I think this is the way that they operate in order to charge the customers more than what they were told they were being charged, just to get your business. Do not use Fox Rental Car Services as this is the most sleazy organizations I have ever dealt with in my life.
