Jcpenny Complaint - Shipping Nightmare - Items shipped from the Factory
I order Christmas Presents on November 27, thinking that should allow adequate time for shipping. It is now December 23 and I still do not have my items. The tracking number they gave me shows only that the items billing information was received and no status of actual shipping. I have called and email JcPenny multiple time and have found out the first time that no one knew what was going on, the second that they said it would be shipped out on December 18, finally and I should receive it December 21 or 22. We I called again they have not status update and are not sure if it was shipped, when it will get here, or even if the tracking number on the website is correct. I called UPS and they do not have any records of anything being shipped to my address period. I am annoyed and angry that my children Christmas gifts are no where to be found and I am trying to figure out what to do so my kids have Christmas present on Friday. This is the last time I will ever order anything from JcPenny.
Besides the missing items, the other thing I am annoyed at is that no one has offered anything to make up for the problem. I am very disappointed in the customer service and lack of knowledge about where my order is.
