ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- I was read my email and I find a lot backorder from my purchased that I did last week, and then I decided to call and find out more information about it. So I got a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVER THE PHONE from the number... Answers to Frequently Asked Questions - 866 6813115 or +1 614 2193026. I got hang up 2 times. The guy that I was talk to, he canceled my order with OUT my permission, and I CAN proof that because when I called the message says "THE CALL WILL BE RECORDED."

I call on 02/11/2014 at 12:24 AM. So what I do not understand, how he canceled my order with OUT my authorization? How the company ABERCROMBIE expect the customer continue purchased from them when customer like me have the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES likes this? How I will be able to fix this? I lost a lot time looking over Abercrombie website and select item for me to purchased and I will like to be better treat than what I got tonight. I HOPE you guys from management team will be able to fix that or otherwise I won't be purchased from ABERCROMBIE AGAIN.

KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE -- I purchased 2 pairs of jeans and cologne for my son for Christmas. He did not want them so he took them back. They refunded the jeans on my credit card, but the cologne they gave back in in-store credit. I wanted my money back on my credit card because we do not normally shop there. The manager gave me an email address to reach the refund department. THERE IS NOT A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT ANYONE.

The refund department wanted a photo of my receipts. I did that, and they said I would get my $63.36 refund in 3 weeks. Well, it's been 3 weeks and now they want a photo of my credit card statement to see if I really got it or not. I will NEVER shop at any of their stores again. Totally ridiculous treatment of its patrons. And, the fact that they are unreachable. WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE?

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I ordered on December 1st 2013, 4 Hoodies for my sisters and mom for Christmas. I had a Fedex tracking number and was able to see where my package was. But during 2 weeks I had the same exact status saying that the expected time of delivery was N/A. I called Abercrombie to have some more information. I also called Fedex just to make sure. They guarantee I will have it before I leave to my parents' house on the 24th.

I thought it was strange that they would take 22 days to ship a small order like mine. I usually use Fedex and it takes 2 or 3 days tops! I decided to chat online with a representative and after telling me that I will have it soon, he finally told me that my package was lost for 10 days and that they couldn't send me another one because they sold out 3 of the 4 items I have ordered. Nobody ever informed me by email.

The team they have there is the most incompetent and they are not helpful at all. I asked for a complete refund and to cancel my order. I waited for an email confirmation. I received it but when I clicked the link it didn't correspond to my order. I had to call again and again to make sure I will get my money back. Worst experience ever. If I have an advise to give you, NEVER ORDER ONLINE! If you need to shop there, just go to the store. This was the first and last time I ordered online, and after this experience, also the last time I will ever enter an Abercrombie store.

Inappropriate pictures and loud music

MISHAWAKA, INDIANA -- I was shopping with my son and nephew, both 15, over the weekend and they wanted to check out Abercrombie & Fitch. I had no idea what we were getting into, but thank goodness I didn't have my 4 and 11 year old sons with me. First of all, there was a live male model at the entrance of the store with no shirt on and his jeans pulled down as low as possible without being completely obscene (very close, though!) As we were shopping the boys mentioned that they couldn't stand how loud the music was (& keep in mind they are normal teens who listen to loud music, so you can imagine how ridiculously loud it had to be!)

Then, I started to notice the pictures and posters all over the store of partially nude people in very sexually suggestive poses (one male was completely nude and just had his arm covering the necessities). I was uncomfortable and the boys were feeling awkward as well. We left and I will not go back... still just trying to figure out why a store that sells CLOTHES would use nude models to advertise!?!

Store not run by kids

As a member of the A&F teamfor over two years, some of these complaints appall me. Most of all, what offends me is the use of patronizing terms directed at the managers. Calling someone a "little kid" or "12 year old" is so patronizing. You do know that all managers have to have at least a bachelors degree. Only about 30% of Americans even have a college degree so maybe you should be more informed before you call the managers dumb. There are some policies that the managers have to follow that they don't even like, but there are reasons that they exist and you have to respect that.

Lawsuit Hijab

Watching the lawsuit play out on the news is nerve-racking since we are not allowed to show our culture or religion when we go on a job then why should they. We have American Indians who do not wear headdresses to work, we have football players who do not go around in their headgear except when they are suppose too. We have Judges who are slammed for upholding the ten commandment statute in public all in the name of religion. Our court system does not allow us to push our religion on others. These women are forced by their husbands, religion to wear these so this is one of the best defenses you should used to stop this mess from growing and defeating you.

Use their own Bull against them and give them the horns of America. Do not allow these people to tackle your company or any American company ever again... Make a stand and push back since you are a big company. Show them that these so called infidels are not going to take their crap anymore with their pushy laws... ABERCROMBIE AND FITCH America is on your side.

Terrible Customer Service!!

Hello. I was shopping at the King of Prussia, PA Abercrombie store today between 2:15 and 2:45. The store was nicely stocked and there were several sales people on the floor. I was the second customer in line to pay for my merchandise (about $300 worth). The customer in front of me had a large purchase with many items. There were 2 sales people behind the counter plus the manager, but only one register was being used.

As I was running up on the deadline to pick my daughter up at school, I asked if another salesperson could ring me up. The second sales person behind the counter said no, he couldn't help me. The female manager (I didn't get her name) also refused to help me. I had to leave my merchandise on the counter and leave the store. Terrible customer service! You lost a sale and a customer because of very poor service.

I Cannot Believe A&F Told Me This.

I bought a shirt for my daughter several days (5 days) ago in an Abercrombie and Fitch store. My daughter did not like the style after tried it on at home. So I went back with the original receipt and tag. I went for an exchange today and was told that I cannot return because it was worn. I asked for explanation since it clearly violated the company policy on the back of the receipt. But I was told that I would be no longer welcome back to the store. Most of the time, I would let this kind of incidents go, but today I am really mad and would like to get some help and see how can I defend my consumer right.

On sale jeans decided by "color"?

I was in the store a while ago buying school clothes and there was these jeans I liked. It said the particular dark blue color was on sale yet the faded and worn jean were regular price. I checked everything. The style, the size, inseam, leg, and cut, and they were identical. Everything except the color.

I went with my mom to ring it up at the register and we told the cashier about it. She said that it was out of her control. I asked her if she could ring the faded ones up as the same price as the dark wash and she said no. I don't know but that is the biggest crock of garbage I've heard of. Exact same jeans, different color, over $20 difference. That is bull. By the way, the T-shirts there are $30!!! That is insane!!!
