I have made 40 on time payments to this company and inadvertently missed one payment which I immediately made up the next month. This resulted in a black mark on my credit report which they refused to remove even after I called and spoke to a supervisor who informed me that the only way it would be removed was if I could prove it was their fault. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone looking for a car loan or lease. If offered to you, run!
