MIAMI, FLORIDA -- Do not buy! We bought our sofa set at American signature we had to wait almost 2 months to pick it and then they only had one part of the set ready. The sofa came with a rip on the back part, and by that time, we didn't even want to complain we already had enough with the bad customer service that we got over the phone by three different service reps. We were also promised a 50 dollar credit that to this day three months later we have not received. All in all bad place to buy.
ALTOMONTE SPRINGS, FLORIDA -- While I've certainly read several bad reviews of American Signature Furniture. My wife and I recently bought a dining room table and chairs for less than Wal-Mart advertised. We just got the set put together and the quality is flawless, not a dent or scratch. I just wanted to add some good words about the product we've received.
BRANDON, FLORIDA -- I purchased a dining room set and a sectional from American signature and it has been of the utmost quality. My home consultant was great and I plan to do all my furniture shopping at the store. I saw almost identical pieces at other stores for hundreds of dollars more and they didn't come with the lifetime guarantee you get with AS furniture. Great quality product, friendly people, and low prices.
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- If you need to purchase high quality furniture at affordable prices go to American Signature Furniture. They sell lines made of wood and high quality wood veneering. Doors and drawers have screws and Dove tail joinery and with biscuit and dowel construction used in chairs and sofas. You can find furniture with no glue and staples and particle board unlike that "look-a-like" furniture at other stores. The prices and service are great too.
