RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA -- I walked into the store in Raleigh and spent a tremendous amount of money on furniture based on a 10 to 12 weeks delivery. Upon coming home I started reading the reviews and found so many terrible reviews about the service and delivery time. I immediately started emailing the concierge's hoping that if I had constant communication with them that they would do what they said and my furniture will be delivered on time.

Over the last month I have received three emails from the company stating my furniture will be ready the end of October. I reached out to them again on Friday and was told very nonchalantly that it is now going to be the end of November. I am reaching out and calling and emailing as many people as I can to get somebody in this company to do what they said they would do and deliver my furniture on time. So far I have been unsuccessful. It seems this company is extremely used to not doing what they say they are going to do and not delivering furniture anywhere near the time that they promise to do so. I will never spend another dime with this company and neither should you.

OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS -- We ordered a table online. When we ordered the table, it was noted that it would be ready in mid-June (we were ordering in mid-May). I checked in towards the end of May and was informed that we were still on schedule. Today (June 11) we stopped by the store and asked if they could check on the status of our online order.

We were informed by the associate that he highly doubted we would be receiving our table on time and that we should "be very worried" about when we might receive the table. Sure enough, as soon as I got home, I called the online support, and were notified that it was now likely to be ready in mid-September. Not only is this extremely frustrating, I don't know when (or if) Arhaus was going to reach out to us to notify us of the delay.

Don't Waste Your Money on an Expensive Rug!!

TROY, MICHIGAN -- Do not waste your money on their expensive rugs!!! We purchased a leather sectional, an ottoman, a large dining table, six dining chairs...and splurged on a very expensive rug. Since we spent close to $20,000, we decided to purchase the "no worries" policy which would cover all of our purchase up to $10,000 for 5 years. The rug was opened and laid when the furniture was delivered on November 3. By December, this high end rug began fraying at the corners and around the edges. I contacted the Arhaus Concierge with my concerns. They requested photos of the problem areas and I sent them several.

It is now Mid-March and I have had no resolution! I have spoken with at least 4 different customer service people and was told they were going to exchange the rug, as it should not be fraying... Duh. The latest...they never follow up. I called yet again (I've had to repeat the whole lousy story a dozen times to each new representative I talk to).
During the last call, I was told that it was my fault that the rug frayed because I vacuumed it!! REALLY, how should I clean it??? The girl told me I was supposed to sweep it!!! LOL! That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard, especially since the tag on the back says to "VACUUM REGULARLY"!!

Current status, after I read my care instructions to her, she said she was going to send my "case" back for further review. That was weeks ago and I have still not heard anything back. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THAT STORE AGAIN!

Horrible Online Order Experience

WAKE FOREST, NORTH CAROLINA -- Ordered online in November of 2017. Only received one email that the order was placed. In that confirmation is stated that I would be contacted within 14 days from a 3rd party delivery service to set up time and date for delivery. I did not receive any contact within 14 days.

After 20 days I called Arhaus Concierge service. Was told the chairs were in and would be delivered Christmas week. Did not hear back, called week after Christmas and was told they were waiting on the fabric which was going to be in Dec 30th. Did not hear back, called again on 1/15 and was told all products are now in and will be delivered to their Charleston warehouse and will be contacted once they arrive.

I have no confidence that this will happen and this will be my very last time I ever do any business with them. I feel like I am in "Groundhog Day" with a repeating scenario that just will not end. Each time I called Customer Service I received a different answer. They don't keep records of call history and the representative was very short with me and did not want to hear that I had any previous issues. I never write reviews, but this has been so bad that it was worth the 5 minutes to explain my experience. Stay away... stay far away from ordering online!

DEL AMO, CALIFORNIA -- I bought the Sawyer Leather swivel chair and sofa. I bought it online so not exactly sure what warehouse/store it came from. After unwrapping the furniture I discovered many many flaws/marks/scratches on them. I took pictures which are hard to see the damage in reality and sent them to them as requested.

Haven't heard a peep back from them. Been a couple months now. The least they could do at this point is knock off some $$ but they know they pretty much have you because everyone gets rid of their old furniture. Love it otherwise. I just make sure to tell everyone buy AT ARIZONA Leather not ARHAUS. I only bought here online instead of Arizona leather because my husband is housebound with ALS so it is hard for me to get away.

Problems With Leather Sofa

NAPLES, FLORIDA -- Purchased a leather sofa custom color of taupe. It has a chaise on one side. After 5 months of use, the sofa is "oil stained" from where the head rests while using the chaise. There is no way to clean... The company won't exchange, refunds, or do anything to rectify. The sofa was $5000 and we purchased upwards of $20,000 at the time the sofa was purchased. The "concierge" could care less, was paid just to say, "I'm sorry. There's nothing we can do." The salespeople and manager weren't any different. It's sad to say... We'll not be purchasing from this company ever again.

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA -- Ordered Oct 2015 and delivery promised before Thanksgiving. Delivery finally made 1/2016 but only after Regional Manager got involved and then 3 of 4 chairs had came that was not made properly. Now 2/10/2016 still waiting for replacement chairs. I would never do business with them again!

CORPORATE OFFICE, MARYLAND -- Bought 2 chairs several years ago and the fake "leather" has completely disintegrated. I know from other salespeople at Arhaus that there have been complaints on this particular chair but the "concierge" didn't acknowledge this. I sent pictures and description and got a very curt reply about material not being covered under warranty. Not even a "sorry". I wasn't expecting a refund but I thought something just to make me feel better about buying such low quality chairs would have been nice. These chairs look so bad I can't even give them away.

PALM BEACH GARDENS -- Sadly they have beautiful furniture and decor but horrible customer service. All reviews say this but nothing is done about it. Ordered in June furniture - I have called over and over. Nobody ever contacts me. Now they are saying August. C'mon I would have never ordered if I knew that in advance. More issues with their lack of communication. And no managers react to bad reviews. I guess they just don't care if people are upset. If you care about customer service and timely product delivery. Stay away from here.

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA -- Customer service is terrible. After ordering 9 months ago, our shipment was delivered incomplete and damaged. It took 3 attempts to deliver a bed that was not damaged. Our nightstand was damaged and discontinued. Can't get a callback or any information on why my credit card has not been refunded for the nightstand that was never delivered. Salesperson stopped returning calls. Read other reviews carefully before making a purchase from this company. We are hopeful that this will be resolved but have little faith at this point.
