BENTONVILLE, ARKANSAS -- I run my banking off of paper, recently the teller took the liberty to switch me to paperless without permission. I asked for this to be fixed and he told me that I asked for it, which I wouldn't. I noticed that I still wasn't receiving my information. Last night I receive a post card saying I over drafted in one of my account for 11 cents, for this they charged me 17 dollars. They refuse to waive the fee. So today I am going to move $20,000 out of their bank.
