E-trade won't let me change my PIN. After more than 20 email exchanges, the right hand can't figure out what the left hand is doing and they keep sending me the wrong forms missing the "reference number", needed to change the pin. Several cards have been issued. It is a serious security issue and all I get is incompetence and irrelevant non-responses.

I don't know a thing about this company as I've used the same investment firm for the past 21 years and have no intentions of ever changing the way my coins are handled. If there is one thing that I know E-Trade can do, it is to have the best ad during Super Bowl XLII. That skit with the little kid spitting up was way too funny! Way to go E-Trade!

Opening a CD Account with eTrade was my biggest mistake. It has been impossible to recover my money from them. Nobody from customer service is available even within two hours of holding. Never deal with this company. If you can, sue them for malpractice and close down their business.
