MILWAUKEE, WYOMING -- The manager at Forever 21 at Mayfair Mall, Oregon, WI offered me a refund by mail on March 29, 2008. Over four months later I have not received any refund. I made over a dozen calls and emails to the store, two district managers and the company to no avail. They promised me my refund would be expedited in May and in July. They promised a refund to my credit card within 48 hours but still no refund. Their lack of customer service is appalling. A consumer shouldn't have to work so hard to receive a refund.
HAZELWOOD, MISSOURI -- We bought a necklace on 12/22 and it broke on 1/7. When we returned to the store for a replacement or repair we were told to get lost. All jewelry is sold as-is. I guess it is understandable that when you sell worthless crap it might be inconvenient to stand behind it. Please avoid this pathetic excuse for a business and let it die a well deserved death. I don't understand how Forever21 expects to stay in business with this level of customer abuse.
