FOUNTIANTOWN, INDIANA -- I was looking for a UTV to use around my 20 acre farm in Iowa when I came across the ad posted for the Hart Cart 300cc Hart Cart. When I clicked on the link, it took me to a page that said, Despite the increase in competition, the Hart Cart Utility Vehicle remains best in its class. It claimed that this 300cc Hart Cart would do everything a Yamaha Rhino would do and more.

Although I always knew that some companies charge just for a brand name It didnt occur to me till I read this article that this was true. This page said that everybody that has bought a Hart Cart claimed that it was the Best Buy of 2007. I must agree. I only paid 4695.00 for mine and received front-door service straight to my house. I might also add that I was skeptical at first to order directly from their website at www.hartcarts.com, but I decided to it because I seen their website was secure. It was amazing to me how smooth the transaction went.

When I received the unit, it was delivered to me in a crate. This was not a problem because Shawn Hart, the president of Hart Marketing explained to me that if the unit was assembled, it would change the freight class and I would have to pay substantially more for shipping. Its, I am mechanically inclined and was able to assemble it with no problem.

When I compare this unit to all the other uTVs I shopped for, it was indeed all (and more) what I thought it would be. I am a satisfied customer for Hart Marketing, and I wouldnt mind becoming a dealer. These Hart Carts are an amazing product and I will buy from Shawn Hart and Hart Marketing again.

Hart Marketing Inc, aka www.hartcarts.com, www.hartmarketinginc.com, bestpriceuTVs.com, shawnhartmarketing.com is being sued for unspecified amount for Civil Fraud, Breach of Contract, Misuse of Appropriated Funds, and Criminal Conversion. Court notes allege a consumer paid $26,600 for 8 of these 300cc uTVs and Hart Marketing has failed to deliver. Court says suit is still pending. We recommend you call the court and verify this info.
