HOBOKEN, NEW JERSEY -- A free trial does not mean the company will bill you 30 days later for over $100 to try a product they want you to continue using. I was told I would be contacted within 2 business days. I am sending the remainder of products back. And have contacted my credit card company to not accept any charges from this company.

JERSEY CITY,, NEW JERSEY -- The Internet and TV ads promise "a free sample" for $1.99 in shipping and processing. I received 2 (not 1) jars of cream with a bill for $141.89 - hardly free! To add insult to injury, I was enrolled into a continuous automatic re-ordering program. BEWARE and read the fine print, there is nothing free here. This is just another overpriced "hope in a jar" scam. When I called to cancel the program, the representative implied I didn't understand things. I understand this scam only too well. Don't fall for this snake oil sales group.

JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY -- Imagine that. If you're not satisfied with the product, return it and you will not be charged. Well, I returned mine because it didn't work, followed all the steps and Hydroxatone still took payment from my bank. Overdrew it and just like another's situation can't get them on the line to get my money back. Not only that, it is a BIG inconvenience to me. DO NOT order this product! It doesn't work and the customer service is very poor!

I can't get rid of these people. I keep getting charged over and over and given misinformation about my account being closed, but there are still charges pending. It has been a nightmare and the product did nothing for me after 2 months. Beware!

JUST DON'T DO IT! IT'S A SCAM AND THE STUFF DOES NOT WORK!!!

Yes, I got sucked in. Let me save you the huge payments and lack of results, never mind the questions from your significant other regarding the bank account. This stuff does absolutely nothing!!! When I canceled my order, they didn't even ask why! If a product is worth a **, the representative will at least ask what they can do to keep you as a customer. That really confirmed my questioning of this product. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!!!

HOBOKEN, NEW JERSEY -- I order free Hydroxatone eye cream and never received a bill. I had to change my credit card but never heard from the company. Last week after about a month after receiving the product I got a bill for $149.69. I tried calling the company but was put on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. I would never order a product for this amount. After reading comments I'm at a loss as what to do.

JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY -- Hydroxatone does not deliver the results it promises and customer service is rudely more interested in getting their money rather than customer satisfaction. I wish I hadn't allowed myself to be bamboozled into keeping the product beyond the fifteen days it took me to see it wasn't working.

BOHEMIA, NEW YORK -- Got a call - free they say - then got billed for $139.90. Said they would ruin my credit if I did not pay. I'm suing them - anyone want to join me?

NONE -- FREE SAMPLE HUH!!! They tell you to call 800-672-2259 which is customer service but you cannot get through on this number to cancel. The agreement is a 30 day free trial, but you must cancel within 30 days to keep from being charged for other products which are shipped with your FREE sample. Even after returning the merchandise they continue billing your credit card. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! It is all just a gimmick to get your credit card number!!!!
