I purchased a Lenovo V570 in March of 2012. Within a couple of months, numerous pixels had gone out. Within 8 months, the CD drive stopped working and even ruined a couple of disks. At 14 months, the Card Reader stopped working. The online site and the phone service sucks enormously and basically they told me "oh well."
I ordered a laptop which arrived in a damaged condition. The computer was actually warped and the keyboard was raised. Customer service for this company put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. They have absolutely refused to accept the return of this product or to provide me with any satisfaction. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
MUMBAI, INDIANA -- I bought a P-IV PC from Lenovo dealer but there is no graphic card in that PC. The game cd which is working in P-III is not working P-IV. When I approached Lenovo company, company reports that dealer has cheated and dealer says company cheated. Now I am suffering & no one takes responsibility. Therefore, I request all not to buy any Lenovo products and they are all categorized as China Product. If anyone wants more information please contact me at **.
