Long story short, Mohawk sent adjuster out because our floors are brand new and look 15 yrs old. Over 2 weeks and Mohawk says they haven't even received the report. HELLO? The adjuster told me personally he does not mail in the report HE SENDS IT ELECTRONICALLY. What can take so long to push a button to send report? We will not be left hanging for months. We will sue if we cannot get some help within 30 days. BTW, we have had Mohawk flooring in every home we have built and NEVER had a problem before.
