Hi. Just wondering if anyone here knows the process NCO uses when turning accounts over to their legal department? Will I be notified before this happens or? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- I like when they say they can 'settle' the account if you pay a ridiculous lump sum fee. If people can't pay the minimum, what kind of stupid proposal is that, anyway? I talked briefly with some lady who wanted to be my 'representative'. Er, I don't think so, lady.
