SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI -- They are ripping us off more by raising the membership charges to $45.00. I hate being charged to spend my money in the first place. I will not be renewing my membership next year. I don't save enough to make it worthwhile.

ST. LOUIS PARK, MINNESOTA -- PLEASE bring back Cavanaugh's Spicy Sausage!!!! We LOVED it!!! I will not buy the regular smoked sausage!!

WATERFORD, MICHIGAN -- I agree, please bring back the spicy sausage, my gumbo misses it. Can't find anything comparable.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- My wife is Asian and experienced the worst possible humiliation by a food server at Sam's club. She went up to see what was being served and was completely ignored. I went up not knowing what had happened and asked what was being served and was immediately offered a sample of chicken that was being kept in AL foil. We all should be treated the same, as this act is racist if you ask me!!

GREAT FALLS, MONTANTA -- Had a flat. They said it couldn't be repaired. They also said because Goodyear changed tread pattern that I had to buy 2 tires. If I only replaced ruined tire they could not mount it on car because tread diameter would not be the same and would affected the differential (tires on rear on front wheel drive). Had to pay $15 each for new road hazard. So I paid $100 to replace 2 tires that had about 15,000 miles on them. Do they get a commission on tires?

LAUREL, MARYLAND -- This particular store in Laurel, Maryland is always a wreck, no employees around to assist me when needed. I have been in this store at least three times and they have been completely out of chicken which was the whole reason I went there. I recently went in to get a few cases of water and strangely they were completely out. I really dislike this store and would not recommend it to anyone. Only reason I come here is because it is closest to my home.

WILMINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA -- Have complained. Don't care.

ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA -- Went to Sam's Club during lunch to have my tires rotated and balanced. I originally purchased my tires in 2008 from Sam's Club. They refused to balance and rotate my tires because they do not keep service records dating beyond two years. I spent nearly 45 minutes trying to convince them that I had purchased my tires through Sam's club in Riverside and to please call that store. After nearly 45 minutes of basically being called a liar, they were able to find my purchase receipt. My lunch period was over. Service was not rendered.

Yesterday I bought lamb leg from Sam's Club. There was no smell on it when I bought it. Today I opened the plastic seal and here comes this smell from it. I cut it and we made curry, and it was still smelling. I decided to go to Sam's Club to complain about it. If they don't accept it I will let you know. Sam's will lose a customer like me... and many more..

HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA -- My mom and I ate at Sam's Club (south end of Huntsville) today before we did our shopping. Kudo's to them! It was THE BEST hot dog I've ever eaten! The price was terrific! We paid around $6.00 for two large hot dogs and a lava cake with ice cream. The personnel were friendly and helpful and the tables and serving area were clean. We WILL eat lunch there whenever we go to Sam's!
