Great Product

ROXBORO, NORTH CAROLINA -- A friend of mine who'd used these folks before recommended I get a conversion kit for a Navigator I refused to give up on. I am not a gifted mechanic. I did have a friend's help. The installation took just a few hours and other than some swearing here and there it wasn't much trouble. I can't believe how inexpensive this is. Kicking myself for not installing sooner. If another car of mine ever starts to sag again, I'll definitely be ordering another kit.

ROXBORO, NORTH CAROLINA -- I thought my Escalade was toast! I was looking at a $2500 repair bill for the suspension on my Esco that's maybe worth $3k if I'm being generous. Ordered a replacement conversion kit for around $900 and spent the afternoon with my brother installing this. Went in easy, fit is really nice. Five stars.

ROXBORO, NORTH CAROLINA -- Ordered a conversion kit for my '03 Armada. Five days from ordering to my doorstep, not bad! Installed easy a few days ago. So far, so good. The ride feels very sturdy and secure. A little less "give" than my air springs but they cost about 80% less so I'm totally happy with my purchase.

ROXBORO, NORTH CAROLINA -- I was having trouble understanding if the part I saw on their website was the part I wanted. Tried to call but couldn't reach anyone a few times. Finally I got the person I needed. Once I reached that person, everything was smooth sailing. The product exceeded expectations and I couldn't be happier driving around on new shocks. This 16 year-old blazer feels brand new!

Good Cheap Fix

ROXBORO, NORTH CAROLINA -- Had a friend who blew an air spring and asked me to work on it. I heard about Strutmasters from Reddit and decided to give it a try... $400 vs about $1600 to replace the air suspension OEM. I wish the instructions were a little better but other than that everything was fine. It's a big and heavy item so I can understand shipping is not so easy.

ROXBORO, NORTH CAROLINA -- I thought my package was a little late so I called the company. Turns out someone had entered the tracking info wrong by one digit. It happens. My package arrived a few days later. The shocks themselves are good quality and installed easy.

ROXBORO, NORTH CAROLINA -- I had no problems with anything. I've been working on cars for three decades and when you find a product like this that's inexpensive, you understand what you're buying. This is a quality product. It's not perfect. But I appreciate that there is a cheaper option that still works very well out there for those of us who don't have a lot of cash to throw at every problem.

Bought a Set for a 2006 Cad SRX, Nothing but Junk

MINNESOTA -- First could not get the tight resistors, the rear shocks had to be replaced, new ones went out after about 600 miles. The rear springs are too weak as it bottoms out at the smallest bump, front shocks are junk. I have spent over $2000 in labor and I have junk that is just as bad or worse than I took off. Never again will I have anything to do with Strutmasters, their WARRANTY is a JOKE.

ROXBORO, NORTH CAROLINA -- I was hoping to replace the shocks on my Mercury Grand Marquis but couldn't find the kit on their website for some reason. I called up the company and they linked me to the right kit for my car AND gave me a few pointers on doing the installation. It took a little longer than the suggested “1 hour per wheel” but it was still relatively simple for this old man to do at home. Nice people. Car is riding well.

Front Struts for Cadillac

I purchased a set of struts for my 2000 Cadillac and installed them myself. Both struts made a banging and knocking sound when I hit a bump. I contacted Strutmasters and they replaced the left strut which was making the most noise. The new strut also makes noise. These struts may be OK for a truck but not for a nicer quiet car. Evette in customer service was absolutely no help when I called to complain of the noise.
