Cancellation of Personal Training Sessions
By -

So, I signed up my son for personal training lessons. He changed his mind. The cancellation policy was to mail in a cancellation letter or hand carry a cancellation letter to the local Bally Total Fitness within 3 days after signing the contract. I hand carried a letter into my local Bally's. After 3 weeks of checking my bank account every day for the credit, I called into Bally's. They're not sure. They don't know. "Let me contact my supervisor..." etc., etc.

Another week goes by. Oh, they had a mistaken account number for me. So, now the credit has been approved and I should receive the credit in another 5 to 7 days. 7 days later, 'Oh, sorry, we meant 7 business days.' Really? I've already been waiting for over a month and you can't just get my credit to me - the refund person is busy filing their fingernails and I have to wait another 5 to 7 business days.

This company seems to have trouble letting go of money. They are so desperate. Bad sign. They should just go belly up. Plus their facilities are filthy, full of mold in the shower area and the same human hairballs in the shower floor corners day after day.
