COSHOCTON, OHIO -- Save yourself a lot of grief and stay away from this 5 star dealership. Five stars mean absolutely nothing. Whether you are buying a used or new vehicle they will lie and tell you anything to make a sale. Jeff Drennen owns a few dealerships in Ohio. BUYER BEWARE!!
TEXAS -- Like so many others, I've found out the hard way that Chrysler makes a sub-standard product. My well-maintained 2000 Concorde now needs a new engine to the tune of $5K. This follows a varied repair job from just weeks ago that cost in excess of $800. The engine has less than 75K miles on it! Meanwhile, our GMC and Nissan, both with almost 200K on the engines, just keep chugging along. It makes no sense that a 15-year-old car and a 17-year-old car are BOTH more reliable than my barely 4-year-old Concorde. SHAME ON YOU, CHRYSLER!
SHAWNEE MISSION, KANSAS -- Was given a payout quote on 6/29 and told I had 10 days at that quote. On 7/2, paid off loan well within the 10 days and guess what, they would not honor the quote! They charged more. For the employees at Chrysler I spoke with, who would not help or honor their quote, what goes around, comes around. What would they do if they lost their jobs??? After all, with the economy the way it is, it could happen. :-)
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I have a 2004 Pacifica that I cannot operate safely because the motor mounts are broken. I have not been able to locate motor mounts for this vehicle. The dealer where I bought this vehicle said that the parts have been on backorder since early December.
I have a Dodge truck and Chrysler cannot give me accurate information on where I can get service done on it. They've repeatedly given me misinformation. Now they've moved corporate customer service to India. The Indians aren't any clearer on the matter than the Americans.
It just astounds me that Chrysler is so complacent about the matter. It's as though high school kids are running the company. I have this picture in my head of company executives taking refuge in Starbucks all day or playing video games from 9-5. They sure don't seem to be taking care of business.
NEW JERSEY -- The Chrysler 300 is the ultimate luxury experience in a car. The chrome accent grill sets it apart from all other vehicles on the road today. The interior engages you from the moment you enter. The gauges are large. The heated seats and the dual temperature control keep everyone comfortable. There is a sufficient amount of leg room for those that are sitting in the back. This car may surpass all other American cars in performance and luxury.
MORRIS TOWN, NEW JERSEY -- Bought a Chrysler 300 for a few month. Recently, it got this disturbing rattling wind noise whenever I drove beyond 60 miles per hour. This noise comes from the driver side on the front of the car. It stops and resumes on and off.
I contacted the Five Star Chrysler Dealer (Warnock Chrysler Dealer at East Hanover NJ) to look at the problem for this car I just bought from them for five months, and they will charge me $88 just to look at it. It sucks really.
MIDDLETOWN, NEW YORK -- I've owned my 300 for a month and the check engine light has come on 3 times. The first 2 times the dealer attempted to fix, but it came the 3rd time again! I think this vehicle is defective or just a lemon. I would not advise anyone to purchase this vehicle.
