TEXAS -- You people out there don't waste your time with Credit Solutions or any other debt relief. I fired Credit Solution after 7 months. What a waste of my money. Trust me, they want their money first. They say they send letters to your creditors, but you will still get calls at all hours of the day. So what I did, I worked with all my creditors. Owed Chase 3,000.00 - settled for 900.00. Discover - saved 700. Bank of America - owed 23,000, settled for 6,400. All by working myself. I saved another 5,000 I would have given to Credit Solutions.

I also signed up with Credit Solutions under the impressions it was a good company, but like you am finding myself in more debt. How do cancel and stop this madness, and why were reputable new networks promoting this company as reputable? Please help, I am desperate to solve this problem...you are right, no one there seems to know what's going on, I find am talking to teens most of the time and not real legal assistant. Any info you can send my way will be helpful. Thank you.

They charged me a ton of money to settle with my credit card company for more than I owed. I have so many complaints about that company, it makes me too angry to elaborate. Lets just say they are very persuasive in the beginning. Their customer service goes from excellent to non-existent once they get their money. I have no idea how their employees sleep at night. Must be a lot like Bernie Madoff. DO NOT USE CREDIT SOLUTIONS. It will ruin your credit and cost you money you obviously don't have.

These people will take your money! I canceled my contract the next day after reading reviews from several forums. They are not happy customers when you try and cancel. Be prepared to be on hold for 2 hours once they find out your trying to get out of your contract with them. They tried to tell me they couldn't cancel the account because it was new and not yet activated, they are trying to stall until my first withdrawal comes out in a week. If they don't get anything, they will get that.
