PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA -- DHL is the worst. Two different times I was sent a notice my delivery from Italy to the USA was out for delivery. I was given no notice or advance warning. Just an email in the morning that my package would be delivered that day. Well...that never happened. I have been forced to take two days of work, with no notice, only to sit and wait for over 18 hours. And nothing. The tracking number and website were not updated and customer service didn't care a bit. They really were horrible. Use anyone but DHL.

OMAHA, NEBRASKA -- DHL management discriminates against its African and Black employees by accepting and then sending their packages to fraud. The exact same package brought in by non-Black customers go directly to the intended recipient.

NORTH CAROLINA -- I had a shipment from a merchant coming though DHL

BROKEN ARROW, OKLAHOMA -- Ordered six weeks ago. Have contacted seller for three weeks. Said it wasn't their fault that DHL had the wrong address. You get the address off a shipping label from PayPal! Every time I call, he says it's on it's way, not their fault. Right... I can't believe these people are allowed to sell. I will NEVER purchase anything that has to be delivered from DHL again. What good does it do to report these people if it never resolves the problem?

PASS CHRISTIAN, MISSISSIPPI -- This company is coming in and taking over our contract. The underbid all competitors. After getting in they are cutting employee pay by $3- $5 an hour. Cut many jobs that and told the employee's they were not needed who have been here 15+ years. When asked if they could be demoted they said no. They kept people who have been here no more than a month over the experienced employee's. They are #1 at logistics because they are #1 at cut throat.

RESTON VA -- Awful reliability. I didn't mind the service was a free 3-7 business day shipment. It meant I would at least get it in a week. But I don't know how a mailing service ships something 5 States over your state and mails it to some random city, twice. Then when they move it to some facility just 1 hour from your house it somehow ends up 2 States away. Really this is just negligence. Whatever system they use to check where a package is going is completely unreliable and they clearly don't pay their employees enough to care.

Order was sent from New Jersey to Phoenix. Was received in Phoenix on 9.22.16 and is still sitting in their distribution center for who knows what reason.

Shipped from New York 20 Sep, expected to arrive 4 Oct, 2 whole weeks! The slowest among any courier service including the cheapest USPS. Tracking number is useless as it does not work. Probably they transport by foot! Suggest you tell your shippers to avoid DHL.

PENNSYLVANIA -- DHL is the worst SLOWEST delivery service on planet earth! When I buy something on eBay and see that the seller used DHL I just want to smash my phone off of the wall as hard as I can then go find the seller and rip his fingernails off with a pair of pliers because I know it will take forever and 3 days to get my item even if it is within the USA. I hate you DHL. Please go bankrupt, go out of buisiness, kill yourself or something. Thank You.
