DAYTON, OHIO -- We had Erie Construction remodel our guest bathroom. They removed and reinstalled our bathtub, sink/vanity and toilet and installed their bath tub liner. The installer was very good at his job, was very neat and polite. He laid down tarps throughout the house where he was working and coming/going to the truck to keep our carpets clean.

The installer was very accommodating and got approval of where items like handrails, corner shelves etc. were to be placed before he installed anything. The Company and the installer also worked with us, to allow me time to finish painting and replacing the flooring after the removal and before the reinstallation of new items. He laid down cardboard on the new floor to protect it while we are very pleased with how our new bathroom looks!

HOLT, MICHIGAN -- We had three windows and attic insulation install. Tom our salesman and Dennis who came out and measure the windows did a great job of explaining what we were getting and making sure we understood everything. We had two different installation crews. One for the windows and one for the insulation. Both crews were very professional and made sure to clean up after they were done. I offered to move a fridge out of the way for one of the crews but they said they would take care of it. We were so impressed with everything we just ordered two more windows and two new doors.

TOLEDO, OHIO -- We met with the sales representative in November 2017 and he explained what the best options were for replacing our roof. He was very professional and there was no high pressuring done. They contacted us when the roofing materials come in and set a date to do the work. The installing crew arrived at the appointed time and had the job completed in one day. They answered any questions that we had and when they were finished you couldn't tell that they had been here. We are very pleased with this company and would recommend them to our friends and family.

PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA -- The sales representative came to my home, carefully explained all possible products, took measurements, and even took various samples outside with me to select the best look, and color for my home. A few days later, the contractor arrived to recheck the measurements, and to verify the style, and color that I had chosen. When the actual repairmen arrived, they were very courteous, adequately answered any questions that I had, and cleaned up the work site after each day's work. The entire process only took two days to complete, with minimal disruption to the household. I am very pleased with the finished job, and the new roof looks great.

TOLEDO, OHIO -- Very often we experience pressure from salespersons when we inquire about a service; With Erie Construction, we received advise on the best solution for our home based on future plans. Although we initially were interested in the metal roofing option, our salesman listened to our plan for an addition in the future and advised us that it would be more cost effective to move forward with traditional shingles vs the potential loss we would incur when we add on to our home. We are very happy with the work that was done and the service we received. With the recent cold weather, I have noticed that the house is warmer and we no longer have icicles hanging from the eaves.

TOLEDO, OHIO -- They stopped by to inquire if I had any needs at the right time. I was just speaking with my guest about having to get new windows. Eight of my windows were either single pane glass, or poorly installed storm windows. They leaked, and I was tired of sopping up water. One window was starting to rot.

They were very professional and thorough from the get go. When they came to install them, they were quick, and cleaned up as they went. They finished 8 windows in one day. They no longer leak and I don't have to clean up water anymore every time it rains. I'd recommend them if the opportunity came up, and hope to be able to use them again down the road should I choose to replace more windows.

PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA -- I believe Erie provided a quality product for a fair price. The sales experience wasn't painful. I was impressed that the salesman would come to the house for a Sunday appointment. Let's face it we all work so weekday and evenings just don't work for a lot of us. The salesman was not pushy or overbearing which is when I would have certainly ended the experience. I found he presented the material in an easy to follow way and listened to what we wanted not just what he wanted to sell us. I thought the triple pane glass was high quality.

Initially the price was way above what I wanted to pay for 8 windows and a sliding glass door. After back and forth negotiations and things like putting a sign in the yard we were able to reach an agreement. The installation didn't start until a week later than expected. The installation for the most part was organized and professional. The installers were easy to talk to. If I had a complaint about the installers at all it would be there was a lot of nails left various places that we had to clean up which I did see in another review.

Afterwards we noticed one screen had a small tear in it and one window was chipped on the bottom which I wished they would have caught initially. After dealing with customer service We were able to get the replacements ordered and installed recently to our satisfaction. I was impressed that Erie did not cash our check until everything was fixed and they followed up with a call. Overall I would not hesitate to use them again.

ROCHESTER, NEW YORK -- A representative of Erie Construction came to my door one day to talk about the possibility of replacing my roof. I told them I was interested and they set up an appointment to explain what needed to be done. I was very impressed by the two gentlemen who came to the house. They were very helpful and proceeded to explain how the job would be done and how the materials that they would use were much stronger than the usual material other companies used. They answered all of my questions and helped me set up a payment plan that worked with my income.

This was to be a winter installation, which I was a little worried about, with the very cold weather we were having but a crew showed up on time and told me not to worry about the weather because they were used to working in the cold. They started working and put in a very long day and accomplished more than I thought they would. They returned the next day and finished the job.

Yes, there was a lot of clutter in the driveway and on my lawn but they picked up as much as they could because a lot of the debris was under the snow. They explained that I should call them back in spring when the snow was all melted and they would return an do another clean up to get all the rest of the debris. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Everyone I dealt with was polite and happy to explain what was happening with the job. I would be happy to recommend Erie Construction to family and friends.

GETZVILLE, NEW YORK -- It is the middle of winter in WNY. The Erie Roofing team came out - removed 2 layers of old roofing and put on a new roof with vents and proper drip edges to help with ice damming issues we were having. They managed everything from the delivery of materials and the removal of trash. They had the whole project done in 2 days. I didn't think this could be done in the middle of winter, but they assured me this was completely acceptable. So far so good. We had a positive experience with Erie Roofing and would recommend them to our neighbors.

WILLIAMSPORT, PENNSYLVANIA -- We purchased our home the summer of 2016 knowing a roof replacement was in order. I was approached by a young woman, while I was outside last summer, who was promoting information about Erie Construction and what they had to offer. She left pamphlets and took our info asking if we would like someone from Erie to contact us. We were contacted the next day to schedule a home consultation.

The salesman looked at different areas of concern, as we had moisture issues. He explained what was causing the moisture problems and how to address them. He showed us the quality products Erie would use and how they were superior to other companies' products. After measurements were done, and an agreed upon price, they scheduled our work to begin two weeks later. Another representative came by just to double-check measurements and discuss the agreed upon terms.

The materials were delivered just prior to the start. The crew was hard-working and not bothersome. They worked in ridiculously hot weather with temperatures in the high 90's everyday. They completed the work in four days instead of the five scheduled! We can't say enough about this crew.

Not only did they do the scheduled work but removed a couple of items hanging off the house that were unsightly.
There were no issues with clean-up. They worked clean but still did a thorough inspection with us. We found nothing in the yard or driveway. I actually made them a nice lunch the final day just to show our appreciation. We would recommend Erie Construction especially the work crew!
