HAMILTON, NEW JERSEY -- I have a 2001 Ford Mustang and I had several issues. Needed brakes, tires and ball joints. The manager Ronnie, a very well spoken and nice guy, took care of my problem one by one. First he fixed the ball joints because of money issues, then two weeks later the brakes and a month later the tires. He gave me the best service and price. Since then my whole apartment complex goes there.
MCCART STREET, FORT WORTH, TEXAS -- I had a situation with a car dealership and questioned their assessment of my brakes. I came to the Midas on McCart Street in Fort Worth to get a second opinion. The guys were so helpful and kind to me and explained everything I needed to know. To go back to the dealership with documented firepower. Midas knew that this would not result in a sale for them. They gave awesome customer service anyway. Thanks guys!
LAKEWOOD, OHIO -- Took my car in for a grinding noise, said it was brake pads and rotors, $230. After repairs the grinding noise was still there, they said the bearings had to be replaced. Refused to put old parts back on for free, took my car to a different shop. Midas lies and they rip off customers.
LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA -- I went to Midas because my brakes started making a loud grinding noise. I didn't have the money to get the work done when I pulled into the shop but the workers there helped me out a lot. They helped me sign up for a Midas credit card that I got approved for on the spot and was able to get my brakes done that same day.
LAFAYETTE, INDIANA -- I took my vehicle to Midas here in Lafayette. The techs were quick and friendly, and even though it turned out to not be the brakes, they explained the problem and offered solutions. The repair could not be done in their shop. They let the car sit up on the lift so that we could look at it, which was a good 30 minutes after the phone call with the bad news. The tech apologized that they couldn't do anything and wished us good luck. I will visit this shop in the future.
