HARRISBURG, ILLINOIS -- I am an ex-employee and I walked out of Taco Bell for these reasons. I was not given a break when worked over 5 hours. Made to stay more than 30 minutes over my shift. Yelled at all of us on the day that corporate was "scheduled" to be there. He was expected to be there at 10 am and then decided to come at 3 pm instead so we were all told we had to stay or our hours would be cut the next week. Also the new area coach just promoted a shift leader to senior assistant because they used to be together and still have a thing for her.

There are a lot of problems at Harrisburg Taco Bell including them changing the dates on their products. Using expired food. Letting their employees work without gloves. I personally watched another employee spit on someone's food that they didn't like. I'm not saying all these because I dislike anyone there. I just think it's disgusting...

ELKINS, WEST VIRGINIA -- Today I went to Taco Bell for my lunch. Normally the service and food is great, but today my taco was nothing but lettuce and cheese and my seven layer burrito had seven layers of beans. Mine was not the only one, others were upset because of the same reason. Also it seemed like everything I wanted this store was out of it. It was two o'clock in the afternoon and in a small town, Elkins, WV. Taco Bell headquarters have heard of this incident and there will be others. They hired a new shift supervisor and that may be the problem.

ALLEN PARK, MICHIGAN -- Rolled up to Taco Bell with 2 cars ahead of me and the lady said it would be a 15 min wait despite the 10 minutes I had already waited to order food. Upon asking why Miss Jennifer ** (real name she gave me) stated "it'll be at least 15 minutes please order or she will notify the police that I was holding up her line." WOW really, you're going to call the cops cause I asked the reason behind a 15 min wait with 2 cars in front of me. So needless to say screw Taco Bell because I asked a question. Like I'm going to order food so you can screw with my order for asking a question. Feel sorry for anyone else who has eaten there with this broad working the drive thru.

OVERLAND, MISSOURI -- I decided, along with my fiance and my two brothers, to go to the Taco Bell on Page to satisfy my "Late Night Munchies." Because there were four of us, we were looking to spend around eighty dollars. At 12:24am on Thursday, May 31, 2012 we pulled around to the drive-through. We thought they might be closed, despite the blatant obviousness of the "Drive Through Open" sign. There we waited for ten minutes. One of my brothers, fearing for the safety of the employee, walked to the window and looked for someone inside. He even knocked, wondering if they were getting robbed or having a medical issue.

When he returned to the car, we proceeded to pull around, and saw a black woman of medium build who was talking to a black male (with no Taco Bell uniform on) in the lobby. Obviously, the car behind us didn't approve of this much either, because he promptly followed us to the McDonald's down the road.

PAOLA, KANSAS -- You have incapable idiots working in food. I am a certified food safety manager and this store has been in question for a long time. You need to get this establishment in order before you are turned into the proper authorities. You have rude obnoxious people on staff that don't care about your customers or the proper handling of food or for that matter getting the order right. What kind of customer service is that? I ordered the T8 and got a taco shell and meat. Nothing else and this is good business?

You are looking to get shut down. I was in there one day and you had a gentleman preparing the mashed potatoes and he had no gloves on and was literally drooling in the potatoes! What kind of food service is that? I am a concerned Mother and being a part of the food industry I will not let this unknown to the public! Get it right or shut down!!

BOISE, IDAHO -- I have a relative who works at a Taco Bell in Boise ID. He was hired as a store manager, with the promise of 3 weeks a year off and a raise after 1 year. He has excelled at turning a filthy mess of a store into THE most profitable in Idaho. He has been there over a year and NO time off. In fact he has had to work 7 days a week, because the regional manager would not bring in a shift manager.

My relative has children and a wife to support and needs the job and time off. Taco Bell seems to forget Slavery was done away within the Civil War. I suggest no one eat there, and do not work there. The company lies to everyone, including the public. The company is guilty of illegal treatment, of employees as well. Boycott Taco Bell!!

EL DORADO, COLORADO -- I went to Taco Bell to pick up food for my wife, daughter, son, and myself. When I got home I ate my part of the meal and I could taste cologne as well as the rest of my family! I can still smell it as I type this message at least one hour later! Gross Gross Gross!

I tried to reach Taco Bell's customer service by phone as they closed at 10pm EST. A lot of good that does us for the rest of the time zones in the U.S. They are a major U.S. Corporation but they really don't care about any section but the Eastern Seaboard, otherwise they would have customer service available for all the timezones!!!

CINCINNATI, COLERAIN 9449, OHIO -- This Taco Bell has been consistent in one area alone and that's consistently getting worse and worse. It would honestly look bad sitting next to the devil himself! I recently watched a line go through the whole parking lot all the way to the entrance. People got so fed up with waiting they just pulled away, and I watched the employees laugh about it. The food is always bad or wrong. It's as if they are trying to get it wrong for fun. Not sure what goes on with management here, but they need to replace everyone. I will never return there. They have ruined my meal too many times now.

WICHITA, KANSAS -- Where is the beef at Taco Bell? It used to be pretty good. Now it seems to be mostly fillers, such as soy and rice. I believe they are losing market share because of it. I ordered a Crispy Beef Burrito yesterday. When I couldn't find the beef, I unrolled it and at the other end was about one tablespoonful, one small spoonful of cream, lots of very hot corn chips, some cheese and the rest was rice. It was not good. At an earlier visit I ordered a taco, which I used to love. Instead of beef, it had soy or some kind of filler and very little of anything else. I don't think I will go back. The Taco Bells were once filled with customers - but no more!

COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VIRGINIA -- I cannot remember a visit, when they have ever gotten my entire order correct. Every time I have ever visited through the Drive in, at least one item is always missing. They either didn't ring it up, or charged me, and just didn't put in the bag, with the rest of my order. I used to be a frequent customer. Every weekend, for at least a year, I would go for take out. No more! Now it's every once in a while, and as usual, when I check my bag, something is always missing. I have never been to a restaurant that is this bad. At least I can say, they are consistent, but for horrible service. I strongly advise anyone going to this location. Check your bag!
