CHINA -- I purchased a wig from this company and it was the WORST quality wig I have ever seen. I contacted the company and even sent them pictures of the wig, and was told to send it back to them in order to get a refund. The wig only cost $45 and to send it back by US Postal Service, and to obtain the tracking number the company requires would cost me almost $50, and to send it back by UPS it would cost $150.
When I told the company (Wigsbuy) what it would cost me to send it back I was told that the only way I could get a refund was to send it back to them. They offered $10-$15 off the purchase of another wig and I told them I did not want another one because the quality of their wigs were horrible. So now I'm stuck with a wig that I can't wear and can't even give away because it is so poorly made, and in no way resembles the picture on their website. Needless to say, it is going in the trash and I'm out of $45.
I told them that I would write a negative review and that didn't faze them one bit. Do not buy from this company. They are a rip-off and have the worst wigs I have ever seen. Next time I will read the reviews before ordering from another company and wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
PONDER, TEXAS -- I ordered a short human hair wig pictured with a little curl. What I received was a heavily perfumed POS that I won't even put on my head. It really reeks. The hair is so sparse, there's no way to style it. I wish I had checked reviews before purchasing. Instead, I ordered another wig before I received the first one. In fact, I decided against the second wig and tried to cancel, but it arrived any way. It still in the shipping package unopened. I know it will be as bad as the first one after seeing so many bad reviews.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I was completely ripped off. They won't refund my money. I'm going to contact PayPal and see what they can do, but I'm not hopeful. Product: HORRIBLE DISASTER!!!
FT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- Oh how I WISH I'd checked reviews prior to ordering from this sorry excuse for a company. Do yourself a favor... DO NOT order from this website. Customer service... poor. Product... poor. Long story short, I ordered 2 packs of clip-in extensions in the color #2. I've been wearing extensions, wigs, etc for like 25 years so I'm very familiar with the colors and which ones look best on me. #2 is a natural black but what I got was more like a number 30. It's reddish... NOTHING like a number 2. Plus the hair has this very strong weird odor.
I emailed them 3 times. You think I received any answer? NO, NOTHING AT ALL! But when they were trying to communicate with me prior to my receiving the hair, there was no problem. Now that I have a complaint and need a resolution, all of a sudden, it's so hard to get someone to respond. So now I feel stuck with hair I cannot use and I can't even get a refund or replacement. I'm highly upset and disappointed. This was my 1st experience with this company but best believe it's also my LAST and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.
CHINA -- I bought a human hair wig from Wigsbuy.com and it came very late to begin with. The hair on the wig is spacey. There are white pieces of cloth in between the weaving. So no matter what you do to cover them up you just can't. I told them about this and they wanted pictures of this. First of all they send no paperwork to return, exchange or refund your money which is a # 1 tip that it is a scam operation. If you send them pictures they might give you 50% off the price back even though the tags and the hair net and everything is still intact. Please do not buy from this company - go online if you don't believe me and see all the complaints.
CHINA, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- Whoa nellie, does this company take the cake. First the items I receive are crappy quality and nowhere match the website photos. Then the customer dispute link doesn't work (convenient for them) and no one answers any of my emails until I finally put up a bad review on a Website (they troll review sites and enter in fake reviews identifiable by the poor English and stupid titles). When they saw my review, they actually posted they would "punish" the employee who processed the order. Nice China, real nice.
Then they refuse to do a refund despite the blaring differences between the product and the website photos. Then after giving them several more links of bad reviews I posted, they offered me back $10, $25, and then eventually a full refund when I lodged a complaint with PayPal. They only offered a refund if I were to close the dispute with PayPal.
Now they've received the wig back, and have only given me $87 of the $107 the extensions cost out of my pocket. They claim it's to cover shipping. However shipping was FREE as part of the buying deal and I had to pay to have it shipped back to China. So honestly they should pay me back the extra 20 they're keeping, plus what it cost to send that piece of trash back. They have now offered me $10 if I remove the bad reviews. Not on your life you psychos!! They are nasty, pirating thieves. Take your business anywhere but here.

I ordered a wig in February and it arrived unwearable. The wig was supposed to be long hair and curled fashionably and instead it had bald spots in the front where you could see the net cap and the hair on top of the wig was chopped short. Wigsbuy refuses to give me my money back until I pay to send the wig back, which is absurd. The product was not what I ordered and cannot be used and I am supposed to pay for the return shipping? I am reporting them to the BBB and my bank for fraud. Do NOT buy anything from Wigsbuy. They have terrible customer service and this is what their products look like.
I made a big mistake by not looking at online reviews or else I would never have ordered from Wigsbuy. The wig took a very long time to arrive, which would have been excusable if the wig was as advertised. Instead it was not human hair -- verified by my hair stylist. The quality was awful. The color is horrible. The cut is terrible. This wig looks nothing like what was advertised. I have never had to write a bad review about anything until now. Do not buy anything from them unless you like to lose your money. They offered me $15 back on a $191 wig and told me to use hairspray. I am so disappointed.
ILLINOIS -- These people are the rudest ever of my life. The wigs they send are poor quality, they smell. They use different types of hair and pass it off as human. If you want a refund they will only give you a percentage back. If you send the wigs back from the States to China it will cost $220.00 for one wig with DHL, I know I priced it. Do not buy from Wigsbuy.com... Please never buy. It will take over a month to get the bad wigs and they are very bad quality and not as pictured. Warning please save all the hardship... This co. is in China not in the U.S.A. They hold all the cards to steal from you.

CHINA -- Avoid this site like the plague. Firstly, I paid for express shipping and opened a dialog immediately as I needed the wig for work. They ignored me until I repeatedly chased them up and eventually issued a refund after constant emails as the wig was received three weeks after its expected date.
More annoyingly, the pictured wig is not what I received. I knew the pictures of people were false but the wigs are not the wigs they feature upon the order page. I paid for a full lace front and instead got a shoddily tied two by six inch square of lace at the top front of the head. The sides were wefts (exactly what I did not want) and so thin that it by no means could pass as believable.
Throughout every instance they eventually email back, ignoring your concern and respond with "you understand". They also denied me the ability to dispute my order. So much for customer satisfaction being at the forefront of their concern. Do yourself a favor and paint your head with glue then roll around a dusty floor. I guarantee the product would be better than anything you could order from here.
