Fed Ex Did Good Job

BROOKFIELD, ILLINOIS -- I have never liked Fed Ex, they seemed 2nd best to United Parcel, but this time Sony shipped a laptop to me and had the right city but the wrong address. Fed Ex was good and must have called Sony and got the right address so good for them.

i too prefer only to use fedex. they are top notch in customer service, and this is just one example!!
