Terminix Complaint - Termination of contract
I submitted my final payment on April 9 2010, with a letter saying thanks for your service, I'll call if additional service is needed. Since then I have had many calls requesting additional payments and or service, I explained my final payment had been made, I requested no additional service. On September 1, 2010 I had one more call, I explained I even responded in writing, the caller said I should have called instead! I always thought a written response was better than verbal. I can check with my brother, he's the lawyer.
