HOLLYWOOD, FLOURIDA -- First of all I want to thank this website and the person who listed their customer service number, I don't think I would have ever found their number if it were not for this website. I was also shocked when I checked my checking account number and saw an un-authorized charge on my account for $74.95, I immediately called them after finding their number on this website and got through immediately. The representative named Toni was very nice and helpful, immediately gave me a cancellation number and a return merchandise authorization number. The address she gave me to return sample was 3286 North 29th Ct., Hollywood, Fl 33020. She told me as soon as they received the sample back my account would be credited and it would take from 3 to 30 days to get refund on my account. I will ship it out tomorrow with a return receipt request. Hope this helps somebody out there.

I'm so glad you found help here...but please get a tracking number when you send your return. They are notorious for claiming they never got the returned items, so its best to have proof.
