WESTBURY, NEW YORK -- Past 3 years same furniture, same colors. I should have a choice of colors. How can you buy? Pillars have different side on bottom, very cheap. Should have different styles??

My husband went to a local reseller for Ashley Furniture and we were very close to purchasing a couch and love seat for approx $1400. It looked like great quality and looked and felt nice. I then read all the views on this site and instantly changed my mind. I think 3 or 4 out the hundreds are good. Just wanted to thank everyone for the reviews, I'm deciding to spend a little more and get something of quality with good peer reviews.

MEDFORD, OREGON -- I bought my daughter a living room set from Ashley and we were really pleased at the quality of furniture they offered for the price. We'd seen equivalent stuff at higher prices elsewhere, so we bought a beautiful set which has held up wonderfully for a couple of years now. I saw reviews saying their quality is poor, but this is really not true.

BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA -- MY entryway was damaged during delivery in December. Store owner paid $150.00 for doorway repairs. But refuses to replace busted wood frame sofa set. He wants to pick it up and make repairs to it and give me a loaner. I purchased a new sofa. This is AMERICA!! I expect a new replacement. Not the same defective set. I need an attorney!!!

CONROE, TEXAS -- I have read a lot of negative reviews on here, but I must say from my recent purchase that I have nothing but compliments for the store located in Conroe, TX. The salesman was very helpful, the purchase went smoothly, the delivery was as scheduled with no snags, and the furniture is excellent quality. I will also say that this is my 2nd Ashley purchase.

I have a farmhouse dinette set that was purchased almost 12 years ago that is still in perfect condition. I will continue to purchase my household furniture through Ashley Furniture.
