VENTURA, CALIFORNIA -- I received a gift certificate for Christmas from my Mother. I had been to the store but after the holidays your selection was not good, so I held on to it. I have since misplaced/lost this certificate and was told by the Assistant store manager in Ventura that there was nothing they can do even though I have the receipt, and I should call customer service. I have called and left two messages with my information (I believe the Rep's name was Brad) and not received a return call.

I would like you to cancel the gift certificate I lost and replace it with a new one. I was told by the Assistant manager you have no way of tracking the certificate. I cannot believe this since I have a receipt with a transaction number (attached). I hope Burlington Coat Factory is an ethical business and will replace this gift as soon as possible, as I like the store very much and would hate to stop shopping there. At the very least I would like a response regarding this incident.

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA -- I purchased a jacket for my son on 11/26/2000 at a discounted price of $19.97. After about 8/10 days, may be after 2-3 uses, the zip became defective and the jacket could not be closed anymore. I took the jacket to the store at 6303, Broad Street, the same location where I bought it. I was interested for a repair of the zip or if not possible, an exchange of the jacket. The manager refused to accept my problem saying that the zip has been damaged by use (an 8-year kid!!!) and he can't accept it. I fail to understand, how a jacket's zip can become unusable within 8 days, after just 2-3 uses. I would request for a repair of the jacket or an exchange with another one.

ONLINE -- I have ordered from Burlington on several occasions but I think their prices on girls clothes is spectacular! But if you are in a rush to receive the clothes - then I would suggest you not order ONLINE. I received an email from January 24, 2014 saying my order had been shipped and it would take 5-8 business days. Today is February 10, 2014! This is not the first time I have experienced this issue with Burlington but it is definitely the last!

FAIRFIELD, ALABAMA -- I walked out without my watches and day later I remembered. They helped me find my purchase and help me with a smile. The honesty of the store personnel was a good sight for me. I got all the help I needed with no wait. Thank you to the team at the Fairfield, Alabama store.

LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANA -- The box says one size but, that's not what was in the box. I tried to return it but, because its after thirty days its gone on sale. I understand that but my receipt tells you what I paid. I should be able to get what I paid. It's clearly the wrong box :)

CRESTWOOD, ILLINOIS -- I went to the Burlington in Crestwood Il. Now I know a lot of people complain about the bad. I would like to say something nice. The cashier lady was so nice. She always smiles and I love when I go in there. She always has something funny to say. I found out she was leaving. Good luck girl.

COLUMBIA,SOUTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA -- Hi, my name is Ms. Mary ** I came into Burlington Coat Factory on 8/26/2010. I walked into the store and it had completely turned around, I could actually find things now. And, the sales associate in jewelry (Nell) she really helped me in getting me just what I needed. I look forward to seeing her again. And, I met with the manager and told him what such a wonderful job she did.

LAKEWOOD, WASHINGTON -- I was one looking to buy some pillows at BCF. As I was in the aisle looking at the merchandise a manager not of my race approached with a young man and proceeded to give him a discount on the same product I had in my hand. She said nothing to me even though she saw I had the same product in my hand. Sad.

07801, NEW JERSEY -- I recently got my Coat and I am glad to say that the fabric, stitch and overall coat is really awesome. The coat buttons are the finest of all and I liked the perfect tailoring. I am so happy to get it at a low cost of $60 and would recommend it anyone.
