HELEN, GEORGIA -- We always use Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals for our mountain getaways! Wendy and staff are always helpful in giving us all the information needed for our cabin and fun things to do while visiting! Cabins are well provided and have several different floor plans to choose from in meeting our needs. Cabins are easy to get to while providing relaxing locations. Cannot wait until our next visit!

HELEN, GEORGIA -- My husband and I spent a quiet relaxing weekend here. The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated. A luxurious place to stay if you need some alone time. The staff was more than helpful and truly cared about our stay. Can't wait to go back!

HELEN, GEORGIA -- We stayed at Inspiration at end of December, it was amazing. They have added to the family area outside. You can see the waterfall/creeks from new decks. The check in all throughout my stay to make sure I was good. Can't wait to go back.

HELEN, GEORGIA -- My family stayed at Hickory Hill cabin with Cedar Creek Cabin rentals. The cabin was very clean and spacious. I loved the wood burning fireplace. Most cabins only have gas. It was quite cozy watching the fire. The staff was very helpful and responsive. They sent me suggestions on what we could do while in Helen. Also told us where the grocery stores were located. We will definitely be back to Cedar Creek!

HELEN, GEORGIA -- I didn't bully or cuss anyone. They overbooked the cabin they sent me to, and then they bullied me out of it. They are correct. I will not be returning, nor will 3000 co-workers of mine that I informed about Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals. They are liars, and are disturbed people.

Cedar Creek Cabin Rental Nightmare

HELEN, GEORGIA -- We stayed with this rental company over Thanksgiving. The cabin was described as private and that no one would see us. The description said it is their most private offering on 3 acres. The owner came to our door unannounced to check and see that the cabin was clean although we arrived two days earlier? The company had both our phone number and email address to contact us by.

To someone who values their privacy this was an inexcusable intrusion. We thought we were paying to be alone. We thought clothing was optional. Although I complained by phone and email, I was not contacted by the owner, except by an online post yesterday and only in response to my online complaint. The company promised privacy, but instead stole our privacy and kept our money!!! You be the judge.

As the owner of the highest rented luxury cabin company in the area, we take pride in providing cabins that exceed our customer's expectations. We have had over 10,000 families stay with our company since inception and our record speak for itself. During the day before this particular stay, we had a cleaner that did not have a cabin to meet the quality standards of what we expect and what our guest deserve. This crew no longer cleans for our company. In order to make sure that the other cabins that were cleaned by that cleaning crew were up to our standards, I, the owner, personally visited any cabin that had been cleaned by this crew. This was one of those cabins but my visit was only to be certain the cabin was in the condition we expect. I simply wanted to make sure our guests were taken care of. This was definitely a mistake with this particular guest. Other guests were happy to see that we cared enough to make sure they showed up to a squeaky clean cabin they deserve. If I had over again, I would have called to make sure everything checked out. Turns out, the cabin was fine but this guest did get upset. I can assure anyone that would visit with us, we now have a policy to call first. Sorry for the inconvenience and my heart was only of good intent.
UPdate: The reality of what this guest wants has come out. She has posted on the BBB that she wants $764 credit for a 10 second check by me to make sure this #350,000 luxury cabin home was in order. It is our contractual obligation to our cabin owners to do so. She has been relentless about posting on every website about me checking on the cabin.
