I booked a roundtrip from PA to FL. Cheapticket.com routed me through DC. They failed to disclosed that on the return trip, I would have an additional $65.00 ground transportation charge because they had me arriving at one airport in DC and departing out of another. They also did not point out that the trip required an airport change - most other online site do make sure you know this. They said it was my problem and they could not assist in resolving the issue.
