FOLSOM, CALIFORNIA -- We recently had the exterior of our home painted by College Works Painting. The process from start to finish began in May and concluded just this week, on August 14, 2017. Lydia ** was the CWP contact and acted as the manager/supervisor for our contracted job. From her initial reach out to filling out the contract, to showing up with crew on the job site, listening to the way she managed others, to conducting the final walk through, Lydia was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is friendly, knowledgeable, willing to get answers, a good communicator, and takes pride in her work.

As two business owners ourselves, it is obvious that she has an entrepreneurial spirit and the fortitude to make her dreams and desires a reality. What was also extremely impressive is the way she handled her crew. Through observation I could see they enjoy working for her which is a direct reflection of the respect she shows them. Where it is not uncommon for there to be high turnover in this type of hard labor, I learned that Lydia had kept her same crew the whole summer. She is one of only two CWP Representatives that have achieved that.

Since the job concluded, we have received many compliments on our house. I am fairly certain that Lydia and crew may have opened the eyes of people that may have had their doubts. Without hesitation I will recommend Lydia to those in need of services. It has been a pleasure to work with her and we wish her all the best! Go get ‘em Lydia!

EL DORADO HILLS, CALIFORNIA -- Lydia ** did an outstanding job leading and executing the painting of our home. She led a great crew, and kept them motivated to stay on task and on time throughout the project. Her and her crew handled themselves professionally, and were always very friendly and respectful. I appreciate her attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond at making us happy with the outcome.

She also showed great problem solving skill when handed some challenges. These challenges included when Sherwin Willaims instructed me that a paint color was okay for outside of my home, and at the last second we were told it was not. She found a comparable color that we ended up loving more.

Also one side of our house was very worn down from all the sun it gets throughout the day. Lydia had a great idea to use an upgraded paint on that side of the house as a base, and then covered it with the paint that was used on the rest of the house, which will make it last as long as the other three sides if not longer. I am so pleased that we signed up with Lydia at the beginning of the summer. It was a wonderful decision!

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA -- Anokina and her crew did an incredible job painting our house. She did an excellent job keeping us satisfied and in the loop the entire time. Our house had a lot of cracking and wood damage that needed repair and Anokina with her crew took care of all the problems. Her head painter even did some wood replacement and saved us the headache of finding a handyman. She worked hard in helping us decide on a color for the house, since we wanted to change colors all together. Overall would definitely recommend Anokina and her crew. In fact we want our interior done soon and we can't think of hiring anyone else.

LINCOLN, NEBRASKA -- Overall, we are very satisfied with the finished product. Our only complaint was that during lead abatement, the loose paint chips were not contained sufficiently and were found in the yard and surrounding garden bed areas around the house. The crew was very apologetic though, and did a lot of extra work to vacuum up the loose paint chips.
Apart from this one issue, the finished product looks very good. The crew was very responsive and we felt comfortable contacting the lead at any time, even outside business hours, with any comments/questions that we had. They were very professional and very responsive to our questions. We are very pleased with the work that they did and would definitely recommend them to others.

ROSEVILLE -- I chose College Works Painting to paint some rentals properties in my real estate investment group. I worked with a local manager named Jeremy Hodges, who was responsible for overseeing the project. In addition to their flexibility, they also gave me a reasonable price and were highly communicative and receptive of my expectations and concerns. On some days, Jeremy and his crew even stayed after hours to ensure the quality of the project.

Admittedly, I was a bit apprehensive to have them paint my house due to a possible lack of experience, however their dedication to the project overrided any reservations I had initially. Their eagerness and willingness to learn was inspiring to say the least.

I believe that part of the reason they were so committed to delivering on their promises was because to them, my properties weren't just another paint job and paycheck - as far as they're concerned, each job is an opportunity to build a resume, earn a reference, prepare for a career and so on.

Anthony Cruzeiro and his crew worked tirelessly to make certain we were completely satisfied with our results. They had their work cut out for them when they came to our house as previous homeowners left our deck in less-than-desirable condition, to say the least. Anthony spent hours power-washing our house and deck and his crew was diligent in prepping the remainder of the house, which will ensure lasting results. Anthony and his crew made safety their priority, always wearing harnesses and helmets. They kept a very clean worksite which was much appreciated. They also walked us around the house each evening to show us their progress and give us the opportunity to ask questions. Anthony and his crew were extremely polite and friendly. They went above and beyond to please us as customers. We are happy we made the choice to have Anthony Cruzeiro with College Works Painting complete our house painting job.

I was very impressed with Brandon's leadership and his attention to detail and getting the job done right. I've never seen such a harder working dedicated group of workers as they were.
