DENVER, COLORADO -- First of all I would like to know why this company offers a website when there really isn't one. And second of all, why is it that after prepaying for phone calls, my line becomes restricted? Even though I have paid a certain amount to receive calls, my line is restricted because of a certain amount of activity in 24 hours (I guess). That's DUMB!!! And then I receive a message about a restriction after the company has closed. GIVE ME WHAT I PAY FOR!!!
I'm just tired of them saying we have 3rd party call and I don't. The reason they doing it is because they have no competition, the only thing we need is another company THAT will let us prepay at a lower rate AND let us talk without saying we tried to make a 3rd party call.
Correctional Billing Services and those behind this system will eventually be brought to justice. It may not be considered illegal to those administering it now but this oppressive system is the reason for so much violence and unrest in the world today. These predatory practices and the people behind it will be dealt with. These are the people profiting from this service as well as the politicians complicit in its application. You reap what you sow.
They have had my money for a week now and my phone has not rang. I can tell my loved one is trying to call when I dial into the automated system. They had me remove call forward and three way calling and the calls are not coming to my device. Can anyone help? Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you. The customer service department is very unhelpful.
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- I agree with all of the other complaints on here. I don't understand how you go over on a prepaid account, when I call the customer service I never get to talk to anyone. It's always automated and I've had a lot of dropped calls that I have to still pay for. This company is full of ** and I would not tell anyone about this company.
RIVERVIEW, FLORIDA -- Since Madison Correctional Facility switched to CBS I am able to receive 1 out of every 10-15 attempts to connect with my family member who is in prison. If I don't catch it on the very first ring the call goes immediately to voice mail. Even when I do get the phone on the first ring it doesn't always connect. My son (inmate) tries sometimes 20 times before he can get one connection. I have complained to Correctional Billing to no avail. Prior to this, our phone calls went through without a problem. This new system stinks.
