LENEXA, KANSAS -- Worst possible customer service. About 15 people standing around while "help" spoke with friends. Management approached and they never corrected the problem nor offered to help. About the worst customer service possible. Ready to give them money but due to their actions (or lack of) I'll never shop there again. Don't shop at Dicks in Lenexa, Kansas!

WICHITA, KS, KANSAS -- I read an ad for this company for Nov. 25-26, 2005 and saw an online product that I was interested in. I searched for that product code online. The advertised item that should have been on sale did not appear, but alternative higher priced items did come up. It seemed as if a substitution had been made for the cheaper sale items for alternate, more expensive items.
