CONNECTICUT -- My dad is 87 years old and ordered one pair of bedroom slippers and one pair of boots. He sent a check in payment and has not received his order. He sent a letter asking what happened to the order, but did not receive a reply. They do not list a street address or phone number. His check was cashed. What can be done???
Has anyone filed charges against this company or has anyone had any luck contacting someone that can help get out money back? If anyone has any information about how to file charges, please let me know at **. Good luck to all! Sounds like a class action suit to me.

Add us to the list of people having trouble with this company. My parents had ordered two pairs of moccasins from them earlier in the year and like them. They ordered two more in July, and although the check was cashed a week later, they have still not received the slippers in November.

After cashing my check, they did not send me my antennae. When I complained, they promised me a refund. All this I was making long distance calls because they had no toll-free number. When I finally got my refund, the check bounced and now I've been charged a fee by my bank and still don't have my refund.
