TOLEDO, OHIO -- The customer service was excellent, food excellent, but finding this site to give my survey was horrible! It says say & play $1,000. This needs to be changed. My chance to win my money is out because I could not find the site. When you type in www.opinionport.com/yum what is this stuff? I want to give my survey and I want it to be easy not at all complicated. Store #31775.

JACKSON, TENNESSEE -- I always have gone to Long John Silver's and I love their food. I and friends went there to eat today 4/8/2009 and there was several people plus me and my friends got up and left. The music was so loud that you could not hear yourself talk to each other. It was not soft music. It was this hard rock music. Some people might want to listen to this kind of music but not everybody. And there was all kind of older people there. I just know I will not go back to this one no more.

WARSAW, INDIANA -- The food was bad. Restaurant was dirty, trash cans were full and running over. Employees had bad teeth and did not too clean. Probably will not visit your restaurant again.

COON RAPIDS, MINNESOTA -- If you have ever been to A&W Long John Silver's in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, I'm sure you would agree this place is so clean, has great customer service, and of course great fish and chips. And the best part you can get a frosty mug of the best rootbeer. Love this place.

WILKES -- I recently got a fish and more dinner for my husband and myself at Long John Silver's in Wilkes Barre, PA and it was terrible. The fries were too brown and hard and the coleslaw was the worst. When we opened the little cup it was in there was slimy stuff on top of it and when we took the lid off of it, it looked terrible. I dumped it onto a plate and the bottom was worse. It was thick with the same slime on the bottom.

PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA -- Portsmouth Blvd., VA. The staff at this Long John Silver's is overly impatient and extremely rude. The whole restaurant has gone downhill the past few years, if it was ever uphill at all. Going inside makes me not want to eat there at all. Flies and ants everywhere, dried ketchup on the floors, trash everywhere. I love the greasy inexpensive seafood, but the place just grosses me out. They really need a make over.
