I bought the kids a Wipeout Curve waterslide last year. The kids both 6 & 8 and both under 100 lbs. They used the slide for the three summer months of 09. The slide was dried and put away. Went to take the slide out this year and it will not hold enough air to keep it inflated when the kids were on it. We looked the slide over and a majority of the seams are coming apart and the fabric seems to be "Cheap". I e-mailed the company and was told only a two month warranty.

I called them and they were the rudest people that I have had to deal within my opinion. I called them again today because they were too busy a week ago to talk to me and asked for my number to call me back but one week later no call. So here I am stuck with a $650 slide and no way to use it. I could have used the money to buy a season pass for the family for the pool. I would not and will not recommend this company for any purchases. Hopefully another company makes these type of slides and I can do business with them. No more TOY QUEST for me.

Taken for a very bad ride

I'm very disappointed in your products. Your pictures on the box are very deceiving and misleading to the parent and child purchasing the product. I'm a childcare provider and parent and care a great deal for the children I have and care for and the way your company misrepresents your products is disgusting and just simply dishonest. My six year old son comments once the Cannon Ball slide was set up and said "Mom when I grow up I won't be this mean to kids, I will make a slide better than this and make kids smile not cry." What does this say about you?

I'm even more disappointed at your customer service department, nobody answered the phone after listening to repeat messages for 10 min, and then was hung up on. I couldn't even leave a complaint in your online customer service, it said I wasn't logged in. I will never purchase another product made by this company and I will tell everyone I know and have already sent out an e-mail to everyone in my inbox about this dishonest company. This company is criminal and just out to rip families off, families that are just trying to find something fun for their children to do on a hot day. Disgusted.

Defective Product

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- Purchased slide on April 2, 2009 for my 2 kids for the summer. After only a couple of uses, the top seam of the pool began to tear. Called customer service and was told to use fishing string to sew that area. Tried this, but still did not work. The slide would not stay up or hold my kids. My wife called customer service back and was told to purchase a can of spray glue. This also failed. I call customer service in the beginning of July to complain and was told there is only a 60 day warranty. I was upset since the first 2 calls were within the warranty period. Since then I have been given the runaround by this company.

Customer service called me and asked for pictures after I sent them a copy of my receipt. I found this to be strange since the receipt clearly showed the slide I purchased. I even included pictures of the slide with my daughter on it showing the problem. Once again was told that they only offer a 60 day warranty. Since someone on their end did not put our call in the computer, I was told that they would forward to corporate for a decision.

Have heard nothing from this company. Since then, I have read a lot of negative reviews about this company's products. I believe everyone should contact lawyers about a class-action lawsuit. It appears this company is selling a line of defective products.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

INDIANOLA, IOWA -- I was extremely impressed with Banzai Customer Service. I called about my ripped seams on my Cyclone Twist. I was a little disappointed to hear that they did not have my slide in stock at the time. After faxing in my receipt, I got a call from a very polite woman who I could tell was sad to inform me they didn't have it. After this, she offered me a different slide. This slide also had a curve and was new for this year! Its design is just as good as my first one and even a little bigger! My kids are loving it as I have already received it about a month ago with no issues so far!

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- My wife bought the Banzai Slide 'N Splash (product #01428) from a local retailer. It looked neat on the box. It has a picture of kids playing on the slide and in the pool. The kids looked to be between the ages of 5 and 8. Today I opened the box and assembled the blow-up pool and slide. My wife, kids and I are extremely disappointed. They obviously used a bigger pool and slide to take the picture. Or maybe they used pygmy dwarf kids as models. My three year old barely fits on the slide and the pool is much smaller than it looks on the box!! Needless to say, we are returning it.

Defective Slide

SALISBURY, NORTH CAROLINA -- I purchased the Banzai Double Drop Falls last. Used it a couple of times and stitching started losing air, one of the kids fell off the top. Fortunately they were not hurt at this time. I took it back to Wal-Mart and they said it would have to go back to manufacturer. I tried to get in touch with someone who could do something last year to no avail.

Early this season I tried to get something done. They said it wasn't their problem, I should have done something last year. I don't have that kind of money to just throw away after a couple of uses. I finally took the box out of the building after the kids kept begging and I am letting them play. If one of my kids gets hurt due to this faulty slide, I will be sending them the doctor bills. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. I think I might get Action 9 news to come and have a look at the slide and what it does when the kids try to use it. I have never had so much trouble with a product especially one that expensive.

I have saved my email correspondence with this company and let them have a look also. I don't have money to throw away. I have six kids to play on this thing. One is 4 years old and they could very possibly get hurt. All they had to do was admit it was sub-standard and replace it. I am not the only one with complaints and to my knowledge, all others got similar excuses not to stand behind their product.

Not Worth the Money

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- This product as others have stated is not worth the money. I just purchased it on 6/17/2008. I have used it exactly 4 times. You cannot return it to the place of purchase once opened nor can you reach their customer service department at 1-800-434-6178 which I have tried on 8 occasions (yesterday 2 times!). You wait upwards of 15 minutes and the call then hangs up on you.

I emailed them finally and still have not heard from them. The workmanship on this product is horrible. Everything from day one is breaking at the seams. The only alternative I will now have is contacting the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. Please do not waste your money on this slide.

NOT HAPPY

After just one use this product is falling apart at the seams even though we followed all of the company's warnings concerning weight limits. Cannot e-mail company for whatever reason and we just want to know what their return policy is. We are very unhappy having spent over $400.00 on this product. Avoid this company's products as they do not stand behind them.

WHANGAREI, NEW ZEALAND -- My son was really looking forward to having a go on his water slide which he just got for Christmas. We live in New Zealand. Our xmas is in summer and very hot. We opened it up to find that it is soooo small and nothing like the picture on the box. It looks like the slide has been enlarged and or the kids have been made smaller, it is so unfair that manufacturers can get away with this blatant trickery. My son's bummed and I'm out of pocket 45 bucks cheers for that!

AVON, OHIO -- I bought my son the rain forest kids pool, and we blew it up that night to find it deflated the next morning. I called customer service and left several messages but no one ever returned my calls. I even emailed them several times but again no response. My son never even had a chance to use the piece of crap pool. My advice to anyone that may be considering buying one of their products DON'T!!!!
