CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA -- Around midnight after a 3 day stay, Motel 6 had the police come and escort 3 very nice ladies from their room... All 3 were half asleep and close to tears... I heard something about damage to the room... one of the women said it was damaged before they got there. The police was disgusted with Motel 6 actions and let them take their time packing up. We left the next day and will never again use motel six. What a sad way to treat your customers.
MATTOON, ILLINOIS -- Arrived shortly after 8 pm. My wife and I checked in without a reservation. The manager was courteous and efficient. The room and bathroom were clean as were the linens and towels. We enjoyed our stay. The following morning we noticed the grounds were clean and well maintained as was the motel office and we enjoyed fresh courtesy coffee before departing. I would stay there again without hesitation and would recommend this establishment to others. The motel is #4950 in the Motel 6 chain.
SYLMAR, CA -- I wish to comment on the great service I received. My first day was a negative one but, the turnaround with these special ladies Andrea and Maria ** both help make a negative to a pleasure with my stayforme, my family and two dogs. My stay has been a long one having to wait for house to be ready to move in. I had chance to change hotel, but NO I am comfortable where I am. Kudos to Motel 6. I highly recommend to those who are in need of a hotel near freeway 5 & 405...
TEMPE 85281, ARIZONA -- ** at Motel 6 on 1915 E. Apache Blvd. Tempe, Az 85281. She was very nice and I saw her working with others. ** made me feel welcomed with open arms here at the Motel 6. I hope she gets a Raise and a higher position, she really deserves it. Thank You **. :)
WILLOUGHBY, OHIO -- Wife and I checked in August of 2014 and found no Kleenex, no shampoo, no paper or plastic cups, no hairdryer, one "tiny" bar of soap for two of us. Called the desk about Kleenex and was told to use toilet paper. No cups also would be provided for drinking water. Disgusting even for $56.00 a night.
PITTSBURGH, OHIO -- A hotel staff member entered our room while we were out and stole 8 of my son's prescription medications! We packed up immediately and checked out. We reported the theft immediately to the manager, who didn't seem shock and made no comment whatsoever other than to say that she process our payment back through. I called customer relations after I got home. They were very rude and immediately after finding out the value of the 8 pills, denied any responsibility claiming that they would not be responsible for items stolen from the room by their staff!!
