I have been trying to assist our Australia Post in unraveling an unusual confusion between MyHeritage and DHL-USA tracking numbers of packages sent to me, for which I also called MyHeritage sending dept. And although the mystery has not yet been solved, yet my call was taken and listened to by a very gracious lady. I can continue investigating the postal confusion in my country end of things. But I highly commend the kind and considerate ear of MyHeritage.
Annual renewal payment taken without any reminder. I called support and left message to say I no longer required service and hadn't received a reminder. Heritage called next day to suspend account and provide full refund. They also said they were working on reminder policy. Great job guys.
I signed on to MyHeritage to look at my family tree. I couldn't look at the tree without purchasing something. I did NOT want to sign up for a plan. I just wanted to look at the FREE Family Tree. As soon as I clicked out of it - MY HERITAGE CALLED ME. I told him I thought that was an INVASION of my privacy and I deleted everything.
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- I have not subscribed to any service and was charged $100+ on my credit for a so-called automatic renewal of MyHeritage service! This is mere thievery and The customer service is not responding. Even more frustrating that I have once been interviewed by MyHeritage for a position in their offices in Israel! Bad customer service, charging credit cards in the most unethical manner! I will cancel the charge via my credit card company and leave very bad reviews to future innocent customers.
