The turnaround for installation was within two weeks just because we wanted to make sure all the floors were from the same stock. Install was one day, they cleaned up after themselves and the floors are beautiful 🤩

The representative was extremely kind and helpful with helping me make the best decision of carpeting for my house. The representative was super helpful in helping me stay within my budget. On the day of the installation the workers were extremely quick, clean and respectful. WINDSOR, CONNECTICUT -- I called National Floors Direct to get a price on installing carpet in my living room and Vinyl flooring in my kitchen. The salesperson was knowledgeable and showed up at on time. He spent over an hour showing us different types of carpet and flooring. The price was excellent, and it went seamless after that. I am happy to recommend National Floors Direct as we are happy with the finished product!

Ryan our sales representative took the time to help us choose the best product for our kitchen floor. With 3 kids we needed the best durable product. We chose dark wood laminate. Installation day Christian and his team showed up on time and installed my beautiful floor. They did an amazing job. We plan to have National Floors Direct install more flooring projects for us.

Their price beat Lowe's substantially which was an added bonus. The installers were as professional as promised. They arrived on time and were polite and respectful of our home. STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK -- The sales representative had plenty of knowledge about carpets. His presentation was very good. The timeline of service was very quick. The serviceman were professional, and they worked fast. They spent less than an hour in my home. They shifted the furniture around, and put everything back into its rightful place. They also disposed of my old carpet.

Freddie was our sales representative and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and to meet us financially. He also thoroughly educated us on the quality and warranty of the products and service.

NEW YORK -- The sales gentleman was extremely enthusiastic. As soon as he heard that one of the rooms were for the man cave, he recommended a carpet that my husband absolutely love!. In addition to that the price was suitable for our budget and the quality of carpet as well. Once the installers came prior to their arrival, they gave me an ETA and they were right on time. He reminded me of the quote that was due in the format of payment as well, when they arrive, they check the areas, install the carpet in several hours and checked for my satisfaction. They absolutely left no mess and I was well please.

National Floors Direct was the last out of (3) estimates we obtained for carpeting. The initial scheduling of the estimate was extremely quick and easy. The sales associate arrived promptly and was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He showed us a fair amount of samples and beat out the price of competitors; we signed a contract and scheduled our installation right on the spot.

The customer service reps who were in contact with us thereafter were courteous and professional and provided us with all the necessary information as it related to the installation process. Finally, the installers worked quickly and efficiently. The entire job was completed within a couple hours time. They cleaned up after themselves, did not leave any debris behind and left the rooms the same way they were found. Overall, our experience with National Floors Direct was favorable and I would use them again for future services and refer them to friends and family.
